I don’t normally review big chains because you should know what to expect, but today was different. I am writing this review because of the wonderful staff. I came in with my own tumbler and asked for some Pike place. There wasn’t any left and they needed to brew some more. The barista immediately started brewing more coffee and apologized for the wait. They were so friendly and a joy to be around. No offense to Starbucks but this review is more for the wonderful barista. Enjoy your next trip to this establishment and I hope you get the barista I got:)
If you’re into waiting around for 2-3 business days for a coffee, then this is the place for you.The staff must all be baked, because they move with ZERO urgency.If it came down to me living or these baristas making a coffee on time, RIP to me.
Did my usual mobile order of a Blonde espresso with Carmel and lots of it. They actually put the amount I requested and it was so good!
The staff at the store are very nice and professional. One of my favorite Starbucks!
We put in a mobile order before we went to pick up plus waited in the drive thru and they still didnt have our order ready. I sincerely hope they go out of business.
Order placed via app to pick-up inside the store was a disaster. Waited 30 minutes to be told the order was dropped. How are customers suppose to know order has been skipped over?
They left huge pieces of ice in my strawberry and cream frappe. Other than that it was ok
Didn't have the sweetener we wanted. Told cashier multiple time how we wanted sweetener. Never said they couldn't accommodate it. Dirty tables and trash cans overflowing. Nothing on the "condiments" table to even use as a replacement sweetener. Won't be back, should have supported local.
This Starbucks is just too busy in the mornings. Management needs to either stop taking mobile orders or stop taking counter orders. Only two people make drinks but they have demand for double that production. Anyway, have to remind myself not to come here.
I went to this Starbucks a while ago and went back this morning and the same thing happened they did not get my order right! I asked for extra Carmel and there wasn’t any extra! Also it was barely any in there. I want a refund on my money!
