So incredibly rude. My husband was DoorDashing and there were no parking spots. He parked on the side and they said as he walked in “don’t give him his order until he moves his car.” He explained there were no spots and that he’s doordashing - to which the man replied to the woman “don’t tell him if his order is ready until he moves.”My husband had to move the car before he could just pick up his order. There’s nothing he can do about the fact that there are NO spots available. Have your employees park in the back or get more parking. Absolutely ridiculous. Pick and choose your battles.
I am extremely happy Puzza Hut resumed delivery service to my area. I have always preferred Pizza Hut brand over others as I was raised on it. Food was as expected and appreciate the return of delivery.Today's order review is for a differentorder than above. Having become what I call addicted to the cinnamon sticks and cheesesticks, exhausted from a long day with no meal plus not wanting to prep meal or cook once home, I wanted something quick and knew the delivery time should be around 20 minutes. So ordering from Pizza Hut was not only practical but perfect.
I love THE EDGE PIZZA . I love ONIONS and TOMATOS on THE EDGE. But the veggies could have cooked longer , the Oregano seasoning container lid must have fallen off when it was shaken over my pizza. The Family was not happy with the piles of grass on the top. I like Oregano but it was too much for me. Pizza was delivered very quickly and driver was super polite. quality control issue is my complaint. Pizza was good EXCEPT for seasoning
John Hawkins Parkway location is Fantastic! The Employees are so friendly and the food is always well prepared, hot and fresh! Love this location! They have always delivered our orders so quickly! They really card about the customers!
Hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a few years, so this experience was perfect. My pizza was cooked to perfection, hot and ready, and the driver’s customer service was impeccable!
Placed an order online and again 2nd time I never gotten my order. Some lady calls me and said she had no delivery drivers and that she considered to go some where else with an attitude. My pizza still haven’t shown up, so after 2 hours wait I will not be coming back or ordering from this location again. This place need better workers and more drivers this is not a good way to do business.
SO happy they have reopened in Hoover!!! It was worth the drive to Pelham but it's much easier to have it delivered. Pizza arrived faster than estimated, was super hot and absolutely delicious. Thank you for coming back to Hoover, we'll definitely be ordering on a regular basis.
I did not enjoy my pizza at ALL! I am a Pizza Hut Queen. I was solo disappointed, because they just renovated our location and this was the first time I've visited the store since it has reopened.
I live 15mins away, maybe less, @ the falls and woods of Hoover behind the embassy, but I'm apparently to far away for delivery??♀️ how? O well??♀️
Pizza was ready on time and I was able to pick up at the window without having to leave my car.
