The store is never open. Literally won't do delivery on certain days. closes Earlier than any pizza place in the city
I accidentally ordered carry out tonight at this location. Unbeknownst to me, I thought I had ordered delivery but when I called to say I had made a mistake, accidentally gave them the wrong cell number.The manager was so nice, he said he tried to call me but I transposed a number as a typo. Anyway I picked up the pizza and the place is slammed. They had two out of six drivers show up for work tonight. The manager was hustling, was so apologetic and even offered to give my tip back. I told him to keep it, they needed it tonight especially. So I just want to say during this time of Covid variant and freezing in Alabama, try take it easy on these people. They are providing a service that is very popular and doing the work of many who are either sick themselves or don’t show up for work.The pizza was delicious- it was still hot when I got there. Don’t forget to tip and if they make a mistake don’t lose your mind, in the grand scheme of things we are lucky to have people working.Thank you Papa Johns. This location in Hoover AL is doing a great job.
Horrible service, the manager Chris is not willing to receive feedback. I wouldn’t eat here to save my life, unless new management came because that was just horrible to be a place of business and be so unprofessional, It’s just sad. I would of gave it no stars but it’s not an option. I’m writing this review so others can be aware and warned of how horrible this management and team is.
You advertise you are open until 10 yet when you call you get a guy that answers the phone rudely saying we closed at 8. Tip for you… don’t pick up the phone, Update your website and teach some customer service skills.

As usual Papa John's didn't disappoint! It would be great if they could improve their parking lot but where they're located may be a little hard to do so.

Stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton and ordered our pizza. Took about 50 min to be delivered. Ordered the Pepperoni, Hawaiian and cheese sticks and its the best looking and tasting pizza we have had in awhile. Presentation was ?. Definitely will order again. Also got 20% off with the promo online.
Ordered 2 pizzas and cheesesticks. About an hour for delivery. Delivered straight to our hotel room. And the pizza was well made. Thanks
