Employees are rude. We ordered at the drive in window and the woman taking our order laughed through it and was rude. If you’re closed for the night fifteen minutes early just say that, don’t let us order and then when we get to the window you ignore us for ten minutes and not bring us our food or take our payment. Bad service.
I'm in my car...in a drive-thru....just wanted coffee with "only a very little bit of half-n-half and two sugars". So naturally, when I arrive and pay at the window, I'm handed a cup of hot milk with a very little bit of coffee and two packets of sugar that I now have to stop somewhere and mix myself. Panera....why would I drive through to get coffee if I then I have to still prepare the drink when I'm behind the wheel? Tell me how this makes sense.

Informing customers of unusually long wait times is important, so thank you.Ordered a wrap and a yogurt. I'm not sure how long I've been waiting but the ice in my drink is almost completely melted. If the wait time is going to be an hour or two, please inform the customer before taking their money. I would not have waited this long. I could have went somewhere else and not wasted upwards of two hours sitting in your lobby.
This was the freshest, best panera I've had in years. The one in Trussville is never right and is always stale... this was totally worth the trip!!! The staff was super friendly, order was on time and accurate.... this reminds me of how it used to be. Warmed my fat little heart
Love your employees (Cara!), very nice and helpful. I just run in if the drive-thru is closed - it's ok, times are rough. Love my daily coffee and the Mexican Street Corn Chowder is the best!
Waited an hour for curbside pick up. The tuna salad sandwich is supposed to come on foccacia bread - it is on some sort of thick sliced sweet bread - but the worst is that there is literally NO tuna salad - they smeared a thin layer on the bread - I guess so there is the scent? And then filled the rest with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Terrible service - terrible food.

It's Panera. Good food. Friendly, helpful staff. Dining area kept clean, tables regularly wiped down.
Tasty food, but did NOT follow special instructions. Salads were pretty small too
I haven't been to a Panera Bread in a long time. Not used to how they handle things anymore. Asked the customer service rep how to maneuver through and she was very nice and non condescending. I am older and things are a little challenging for me to understand. I enjoyed the food and the free birthday pastry.
