Really embarrassing service every time. Poorly managed restaurant. They never keep entrees filled and when you have to wait for them to make one they make three or four of the other entrees nobody is waiting on while you’re standing there. Then they assemble your sides while you’re standing there for 20 minutes waiting so they’re good and cold by the time you get them. Truly a terrible experience and I love Panda - any other location you go to is quick and kind. You can always count on the employees and manager to roll their eyes at you also.
Drive thru was closed. Food was overcooked. Employees didn't get my order right. Was not gave a fork. Shame for a good franchise
I wouldn't want to even give a star for the customer service I received today not welcoming at all but I can say this if you are in customer service every customer should be equal whether you like them by the color of there skin or not But all I can say if you racist in this day and age it's just down right crazy, life is to short but I want be back. My food was cold anyway
We frequent this restaurant several times per week, and the food is very consistent! All of the employees greet us when we come inside and they truly seem happy to help in anyway they can. The bathrooms are also very clean, which says a lot about a restaurant. If your bathrooms are disgusting, I don’t even wanna think about how your kitchen looks! Overall, this is one of the best Panda Express restaurants I’ve been to!
The customer service was not so good. They were almost out of all their entree dishes and when I asked them for a few of the entrees that were low and that had only a few veggies and meat at the bottom of the pan, they literally were about to scoop out the last bit of crumbs and dried up looking food to serve it to us. Then I asked if they would make more of the mushroom and steak and the lady told me it would take about 15 minutes and did not seem interested in trying to make it happen. I ended up chosing the Beijing beef instead because that was one of the only entrees that looked fresh. Then we get down to the eggrolls and they only had two left and of course we wanted four. So, we ended up waiting 10 minutes for them to cook us two more eggrolls. On the way out we ask for some sauce and the lady literally handed me 3 packets of sweet and sour. Pretty disappointing!
Good food at a good price. Some of their items definitely aren’t worth the price they advertise.
Never been to a Panda Express before, but it seemed to be a run-of-the-mill fast food joint: good eats, clean tables, sane prices.
We moved from California to Alabama 5 years ago. Panda Express was a once a month restaurant we frequented. There was one in walking distance from our home.Had Panda Express one time in Alabaster 5 years ago. Filthy restaurant. Help was not up to par.Today, we wanted Chinese food. So, after 5 years, we went to Panda Express, but in Hoover.Two orders 1; 2 and 1. 2; 3 and 1. The 3 and 1, one of the entrées had to be put into a small box. Understandable. I ordered broccoli beef. As the girl was putting my order into the box and as the last broccoli piece went in, I asked her "where's the beef?". I mean, come on! One piece of beef !? And....it was put in when I questioned it. REALLY!No napkins. The associate was asked to refill the napkins. OMG......that was a chore. It was displayed.My bag that held my boxes of food was handed to me with the boxes turned sideways. So....the bag had sauce in it from the food.Food was not hot. Warm, but not hot.I am not a complainer. Ask those who know me. I always look for the good in people. Especially those in the food chains.We were warned, not to expect food chains here are like California. We'll it took us 5 years. I wonder how long before we make the next visit.Discouraged. Disappointed. Questioning.
The food was ok which is why they received two stars. The service is severely lacking. We stood there and waited for Atleast 5 minutes while they were fixing door dash orders and not a single person even looked at us. Not even a “I’ll be with you in a moment. Terrible service.
This location is terrible, burnt chicken, half of their entrees unavailable at dinner time. I asked for a power-aid but after grabbing my drink I realized that their drinks were room temperature so I asked for a refund. The cashier was still holding the $20 I paid with and refused a return saying I was "already charged" and there was nothing she could do. Please properly train your employees if you want customers to return.
