After a couple of not so great experiences here, we decided to give them another try tonight. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the steaks were cooked perfectly! Our server, Kylie, was wonderful. She was sweet, attentive, and made our experience so very pleasant. Keep up the good work!
Stopped on our way home from vacation. The food was great and everyone was so nice. A special shout out to Brooke B. She was amazing! So nice and helpful. We will definitely come back when we pass through again.
I took my kids here to eat while visiting the mall. We seated right away. Brooke was our server. She bought out drinks right out, food was hot and fresh. Brooke kept our drinks filled and made sure we everything we needed. Definitely giving them a 10!
At 2:30pm today I set a call a head for 5 for 6pm. Got there just before 6 and still had to wait 40 minutes. All while half of the tables were empty. Only saw 2 servers working the main dining room. Won’t be back until they fix their staffing issues. Food was slow to come out but it was good.
After having refrained from eating out in a restaurant for 2 years due to the pandemic, our evening at Outback was a breath of fresh air. Our food was delicious and prepared just as requested. The entire staff, but especially our server Rod, were excellent. Will definitely be eating here again in the near future.
Great dinner!Edit: 04/2022 - once again a great meal! Excellent service. Ask for Kevan or Zika.
Tonight was exceptional service. I saw the manager help a handicap man sit down, wipe floor on hands and knees, and then help carry food out to a car. The entire staff was hard working. Server asked me to leave a google review so here it is. Alex you were great! The owner was very sweet as well! Thank you Outback.
We always have a bad experience here. Sometimes we just crave the blooming onion though and hope for the best. Could write so much more but please just look at this picture. This is the tomato and lettuce that came on the burger today. The thing on the bottom right is literally the hard inedible end piece from a head of lettuce. There was no other lettuce on the burger. Somebody literally picked this up with their hands and said mmm this will go good on the burger! Just a little extra crunch. Unbelievable.
Where do I begin. Our server, poor girl, obviously has never served before. She never brought plates. Carried a drink on the large tray with all the food and spilled it everywhere. She didn't learn from that, though, and brought it out with a drink in the middle again. SMH. When we got the entrees I was amazed at how small everything looked on the plates. Clearly inflation and supply issues have hit Outback. Prices are high and food weight is low.
I have been going to Outback for years having dined at locations from Palm Harbor, Florida to Raleigh, North Carolina. I went to the Hoover location on a Sunday night and this was my fourth time coming here to either dine in or curbside pick-up. For an appetizer I ordered coconut shrimp and the entrée a New York strip with sautéed mushrooms and a house salad with ranch dressing. When the house salad arrived it had thousand island dressing on it instead of ranch. The couple sitting next to me said thousand island would be good on a burger not a salad. Another salad came out later with ranch on it. When the entrée arrived it was not a New York strip but a ribeye. I didn't say anything since it was a fifty cent difference and the bartender was having to cover the bar, the surrounding tables in bar area, and attend to the customers coming into the bar for their to go orders. If I had ordered a porterhouse and was presented with a ribeye I would have said something. There is clearly a staff shortage in this location. The ribeye, sautéed mushrooms, and the house salad were good. For a change I tried something different I hadn't tried before because I usually order the New York strip. I have not had any issues with any of my previous orders here.
