Another restaurant suffering the same problem that many others do. The food was fine and in some cases above average, but the people side of the business needed some work. There are too many choices of where to eat for me to accept being talked down to and basically unappreciated.

Very okay for the price. Post covid seems more geared to take out and delivery.Updated 6/16/22After being a continued patron I was really taken aback how they handled my order tonight. I ordered at 7:45. I love about a mile out and headed out in time to pick it up at the suggested time. Upon arrival I noticed the lights were not as bright as usual and that it said closed on the door. I saw 3 gentlemen in the back laughing and pointing at me as I sat there and locked at my order that was already to go yet they refused to hand it to me even though it was already paid for. I will not be coming back here to spend my hard earned money. I reize that it's close to closing but if it would have been your mother or father or brother and sister would you have done the same?? I highly doubt it.

Get cha eat on for the low low ! Good hibachi with excellent flavor . Super cool owners

I ordered filled mignon and shrimp. They substituted the filled, the most tennderss steak out there for a very chewy sirloin. Not too mentio. The order was pro.ised for me to pick up 25 minutes after I ordered but took an extra 35 minutes. This place has really gone down hill. The owner of this establishment should be embarrassed thinking that people fall for this type of service and behavior. Why would you do that not knowing who you might be serving. Integrity comes first and doing right by the customer every time is the only way to go. Maybe you should go by the way if the good book.....do unto others as you would have them do unto you.Good luck with your cheating ways.

The owner, Kim, needs to remain off of the Front cashier position, indefinitely. Rude is not the right word. Treats customers with the same dismissive apathy as a Mcdonald's worker. If you like understaffed, cold, and dismissive customer service then I highly recommend.

We had a great time as a family eating dinner at Otoro Hibachi. The service was great. The food was also great though it took a little longer before the food showed up as they are cooked as you order them. We would definitely come back and visit again.

Today was my first visit to Otoro Hibachi. I chose to order inside and carry out. The lady at the register was basically taking orders and money no personality. No problem, I placed my order and waited. I was surprised at the quantity of food and how small the vegetables were shopped. Everything was SALTY! The calamari had so much salt that it was visible. It was also tough. I would say over cooked. The chicken was dry and the rice was pretty packed for a fried rice. Oh well, never again. My cost was $31.

Sushi was packaged in with hot food for a pickup order. The avocado inside the roll was brown, as if it had been out all day, and the cali rolls that came with the Bento boxes were nice and cooked by the time I got home. The fried rice was seriously lacking, and the kids’ chicken was tough. Very low quality compared to any other Hibachi style restaurant I’ve eaten anywhere else.

Nope, don't do it, the food was EXTREMELY underwhelming. The steak was mostly gristle. The sushi is passable, but definitely not WOW worthy.

fantastic food, staff is super nice, and the price is phenomenal for what you get. definitely one of my favorite spots!
