The food there is always delicious. But the reason I am leaving a review is due to the amazing customer service that I received after leaving my credit card at the restaurant. I’ve visited their restaurant around 1 PM and apparently left my car there without noticing. I received a call From the restaurant around 9 PM saying that I left my card there and that I could pick it up tomorrow when they open. I was extremely appreciative and feel they went above and beyond to track me down. I called my order in before I came to get my food so I’m guessing they looked at the name on my card and found the matching receipt to match the card number and estimated the time I would’ve called my number in and checked their caller ID to find the correct number. I just don’t feel most businesses would have done this and I will definitely continue to support them due to their being good Samaritans.
This place is the best bang for your buck sushi around. We always get the roll tide roll and the ocean roll and they are both fantastic. We also highly recommend the amazing roll. While not on the menu they will do tempura veggies that are great. We will miss this place a lot when we leave Hoover.
