Horrible customer service. Stood in line for 20 minutes to place a to go order. Had plenty of "workers" but only 1 actually working. Sounded like lots of drama and no respect for the person in charge.
Welcome to Moe’s!! Love it. Food is consistent and generally well staffed at this location. Rarely busy for lunch. Two thumbs up.
This place was SO rude. The guy asked what he could get us, but had a head set on and literally wasn’t looking in our direction. So we stood and waited, and then he gave us this rude look and said what do you want! While shrugging his shoulders, like we did something wrong. I then told him I’m sorry, you weren’t looking at us and you had the headset on, it seemed like you were talking to drive thru. He had zero response about my comment and just said what do you want?! Then proceeded to be pretty unhappy about fixing our order. I don’t live in the area, but if I did, I wouldn’t be back. If my son wasn’t set on his order I would’ve just left. After that I only ordered his food and me and my daughter went somewhere else. Not worth your time, or your money. And the mild salsa was spicy, they put the wrong labels up. That’s not really too big of a deal. The customer service is a big deal.
Their cheese sauce is very good for eating with chips. Steak burrito with guacamole was fresh and tasty.
Service is bad customer service is definitely dead at this place. Will not be going again! Had to repeat my order over and over. Only for him to say I was talking can you say that again. No greeting or you’re welcome..drive thru simple kids meal order for my son. I’d do better going to Chipotle or Taco Bell. Will never spend my money here again.
This place is going down hill very fast. I frequently this establishment multiple times a week. The new female general manager is horrendous. Watching her treat her employees like garbage is so upsetting. There’s one real pretty young girl (looks like she could still be in high school) that’s been there for some time now that I witnessed this new lady being so rude and hateful to. She talks to all the employees with disrespect from what I witnessed on my last visit. I will never spend another dollar in this establishment again. And she’s lucky that young girl doesn’t report her for saying the discriminating things she was saying to her. It’s very hard now a days to find good employees that actually work and stick around especially the younger crowd. There’s also a lot of hard working Hispanics that are very nice and work hard that she was threatening to have them deported if they attempted to help the young girl clean. Just sad. Fix it Moe’s
Welcome to Moe's is a Mex-Tex Grill that has great fast food and huge portions. With reasonable prices with member rewards.
David and all the team in Lorna Road / Data are the best in alabama, food good and fast service.
Nice clean dining area and friendly staff. As always the food is delicious. I noticed that this location has a drive-thru I may take advantage of that one day
