It was a little after four. All we ordered was a four piece nugget and two medium fries. The nuggets were warm and fine. The fries had not been cooked well and had obviously been sitting for an extended period of time. They were not even on the verge of cooling off, they were just cold and taste stale. We would have rather sat for just a little longer to have had fresh fries. It was not really busy, but when we pulled up the person in the drive thru was not even sure of what our order was, I had to repeat it. I would not say the person in the drive thru was rude, but they were not exactly friendly either. I doubt we return to this one. Fresh and warm food is not much to ask for.
We were not allowed to dine in and we saw customers walking up to locked doors. There were no signs to tell folks this facility was drive thru only. A very long line in the drive thru but the employee taking the orders was nice. She said there were not enough employees to offer fine in service. They should have a sign informing folks so they would not be disappointed trying to open a locked door. The food was great though!
It’s been 25yrs since I stepped into a MC Donald’s and Not planning on going anytime soon. The meat they used is not real beef it’s soy bean and it’s terrible not cooked all the way a lot of red in it. I remember the burgers being too salty as well Other may disagree and I remember there fries being way too salty not sure how it is now. Too much salt is not good for the body the heart, I heard when a person order fries with no salt the workers get mad because they have to actually make a fresh batch.My Spanish friend told me the fries would sit hot since the morning till someone orders, Despite that crazy Ronald Mc Donald he is just all washed up I rather go to Wendy’s or Burger King or even 5 guys and get fresh food than stuff that been sitting there for several weeks. My spanish friend that been working there for 6 yrs and he told me there burgers is not fresh stuff that been sitting in the freezer for over a month.
WHY! is this place so slow? It baffles me. We can drive down to Bessemer and get food faster if it’s got to be McDonalds. But, usually we just go to Chick Filet which has three times the line and three times the workers.
Super slow, which isn't a huge deal. But, the attitude of the young woman at the window was shameful.
We had the worst customer experience EVER. Due to the app issue the store staff treated us as we were thieves. My family will NO longer order from this location 1. This location on recent transactions did not fulfill orders which included 6 sausage biscuits, 10 breakfast burritos over the past year. Today’s experience was over the top which included associates slamming doors while other associates went along w/ the attitude and not completing orders. At the end of the day THIS SERVICE is TRUE and the staff needs to be replaced. My concern is if this goes on while GM is out of the business then that says a lot about the GM “Brenda” I really didn’t even want to give them a 1 star because they don’t deserve it!
Horrible service. We stood there and no one would take our order. Then yelled we had to order on the kiosk. Really?!? No one wants to work anymore. Needless to say we left and went to Chick-fil-A.
Terrible this time. Cold/old fries, cold sammiches, order wrong...so ? ?Oh well I'll probably be back soon-cause your McD's!!
Extremely understaffed, ghetto staff, found hair in my food. Only 1 drive thru lame open, lobby closed, list goes on and on. Don’t eat here.
Honestly customer service isn’t great. Don’t ever order from this McDonald’s from doordash or any other delivery service. They’ll never confirm the order and just wait till it gets cancelled.
