Don't recommend, filet was cooked to long very crunchy and dry and only a dime size of tarter sauce must be coming out of there paycheck. If I wasn't traveling though I would have taken it back instead of eating a couple of bites and throwing it out.The bathroom was decently cleaned that's why 2 stars. Won't be back unless just have to use the bathroom.
Where is McDonald's corporate? Please look through these reviews. People being served raw burgers, people being told to wait 15 minutes for no reason while they are the only person in the drive through line with at least 3 people working in a Saturday night at 11:30pm. THIS IS A 24 HOUR STORE.MANAGEMENT IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB OR THEY JUST DON'T EXIST IN THIS STORE.This is the most pathetic fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life in multiple States. The food was hot and fresh but the customer service was very slow. We waited in line for almost 10 minutes before we could order and then the girl taking the order seemed a little bit frustrated with us. Maybe she was having a bad day. A person's mood can definitely affect the service given. We must of caught her at a bad time.
Its 5:25 am on the 3/12/2022 the server was the rudest person I have ever encountered at any service level, refused to serve, had an attitude, she was showing the normal menu and when asked to order a McChicken responded “where ya want a McChicken at” I held the line for 30 minutes until she was pressured to confront me of which then she told me I am not going to tell you the menu. We only have the breakfast menu and turn around to read the menu (again the menu was for the lunch menu) I have never encountered a worse employee in my life, poor business owner hiring this level of
No one greeted me as I came in the door. After about 10 minutes I was told I HAD to use the kiosk. Didn't get my order right. My milkshake was melted and my caramel Sunday was liquid when I received it. All around worst customer service I have had at a McDonald's. Won't be coming back anytime soon unless they do something to change the way this location is ran.
Lobby was open (which is very surprising for this chain restaurant), so I walked inside to pick up my mobile order that I had placed 30 minutes prior. A young man was ringing an order up at the register and leaned over to swipe his card and was ignoring customers. The manager, not sure of her name but she had long red twisted hair, yelled at the elderly lady in front of me that she had to use the kiosk. The elderly lady looked very confused and walked out, I’m sure she didn’t know how to use a kiosk or what it even was. So I walked on up and just told the red haired manager that I had a mobile order and she said she didn’t care and that I would have to wait till they get drive thru under control. So it’s necessary for me to wait on people who are just now ordering to order and receive their order even though I placed mine 30 minutes ago? That’s not right. I eventually just canceled my order and went elsewhere. Literally the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to. If you can’t handle your customers then just show the whole restaurant down. I won’t be back to this location, maybe not even another McDonald’s. If everyone would stop giving this crappy restaurant their business then things might change.
Literally got everything in my order wrong. Ordered 2 spicy McChicken meals and I got two completely dry sandwiches without the pickles and sauce, asked for large Sprites and got medium cokes. Asked for medium fries for both orders and got 1 large fry. And was missing a order of fries for one of the meals. Lol I guess one large fry order is the same as 2 mediums so I'll let that one slide lol.
If I could give 0 stars I would.Tip if you go to this location. Make sure you are in the outside lane of the drive thru. That way you can leave after 5-6 minute wait. I’m writing this review while stuck in the inside lane. 15 minutes to get to the drive thru just to order. After every car she says wait a minute. Then 3-4 minutes later she will take your order. Ordered a cheeseburger plain and medium fry. Total time from start to finish. 27 minutes but nailed the complicated order.
The ladies here who tale my order almost everyday are short handed but they do get you through the drive thru in a good time and ive never had my order messed up
If every other restaurant is closed you can be sure that McDonald's will be open. Just make sure that if you go late that your food is cooked to order. My experience there last night was not a good one and I won't be back to THAT location!! The atmosphere isn't friendly at all, food wasn't tasty and quality wasn't there either. It seems to be going downhill, which is just sad !!? ? ?
