Did a carry out order and the app. Showed up to pick up the order and the store was closed.
Received mailer. Attempted to place order. Assistant manager Jordan asked if I wanted to leave tip. When I said I can do after/at delivery he said "ok...nooooo tip" then told me he couldn't honor the mailer unless I came in, canceled my order then hung up on me.
Went to this location for the 1st time and will NEVER be coming back. After receiving undercooked pizza the guy in charge Jordan was unbelievably rude. While waiting on pizza to be re-cooked, I noticed him and the other guy handling the toppings and making salads (both with huge beards) were both not wearing gloves. That was the final straw. I politely asked for a refund and AGAIN the Jordan guy, manager?? Was a huge jerk. The Marcos location in Vestavia is great, I go there every week and only came here because their oven was under maintenance. However this location is night and day different customer service and food wise from that location. STAY AWAY!
Terrible food. Totally unprofessional management. The will sell you anything even if it is spoiled. Avoid this place.
Our first order on 9/29 was great. I thought we had found the replacement for Jets pizza and a superior alternative to Pizza hut. There was plenty of meat, cheese, and sauce on the works. The big cheese was as advertised. Our second order on 10/16 did not go as well. The works had plenty of meats but lacked cheese and sauce. The big cheese again was as advertised. I don't understand why the pizza commercials show you a pizza dripping with cheese but I can't seem to get one of those pizzas. Ordering with extra cheese doesn't always work and I shouldn't have to be doing this in my opinion. Our third order the deluxe was all right but this time the big cheese was not! It had puffs of dough without sauce or cheese and was overcooked. It was pitiful! We were able to salvage two pieces that were edible. We called to complain and were given a refund. Thank you. The employee said they were experiencing issues. If you know you have a problem shouldn't you be checking the pizza before giving it to the customer? I accept partial responsibility for not checking before I left. However, this primarily rests on the Marcos staff.
Love this pizza, not greasy or overloaded with cheese. Very busy, but staff is attentive and pizza cooked to order.
Straight up DELICIOUS!! Move over Pizza Hut! Bye-Bye Dominos!! And Papa John's unable to stand up to the new Italian treat giant- Marco's Pizza. They have changed the Pizza game.I'm a mega Pizza consumer. And thus far, Marco's Pizza has all pizza chain establishments beat. Order today!! You will not regret it!! ❤??
We just had the sweetest delivery man that was the most positive person ever even in the rain. By the time he left my 7 year old told him he loved him and he said I love you too. That man needs a raise! Seriously the best end to a craptastic day!
Great delivery driver and way ahead of delivery schedule. Pizza was good and plenty of options to customize how you like. A little high but they run deals so we were able to get our order at a discount.
The WORST customer service! I went in to order a large amount of pizzas for the high school and did not realize there was a 24 hour order ahead policy. When I asked if I could get some for pick up, the man working the counter asked the manager and he was so incredibly rude in his response! He acted like I had lost my mind wanting to order 20 pizzas for pick up. It was incredibly embarrassing- I obviously didn’t realize the 24 hour policy or I wouldn’t have been there asking. The poor guy working the counter was trying to make it better and make it work for me, but I will never use this place again. I called dominoes and ordered 30 pizzas for pick up and they did a wonderful job filling my order.
