How about not turning your phones off while online ordering is closed early?

The food was okay but the lady that “greeted” me upon arrival for myPickup was very rude. Maybe she was having a bad day due to one of her False eyelashes leaning the incorrect way. However, will be returning ?Edit: she’s the manger. Shouldn’t have a person who treats customers that way a manager.

Lazy Service! This place is sinking by the minute. Ordered a pizza online, 15 minutes until ready, not bad right. I arrived 20 minutes later to be told it was going in the over, 15 minute wait. Okay, I get it, unhappy but excited for a fresh pizza I wait outside for 15 minutes. I come inside and get my pizza, Yay!NO. PIZZA WAS COLD! The ticket said it was ready since the original time so now I waited an extra 15 minutes and got a cold pizza, only because they didn’t check the pizzas that were ready.I hope they can train our hire motivated employees, we love Marcos. But for now we will go to Pazzo!

I have ordered from Marcos store #8532 three times and store #8137 once. The very first time I ordered pizza from Marcos it was really good and thought I had found a superior alternative to Pizza hut. However, since that first time it has not been as good or even close. It seems like they can't make a cheese pizza without over cooking it or it lacks cheese and/or sauce. I see Marcos ads and commercials showing the pizza dripping with cheese but mine never look like the pictures. It is frustrating to say the least. Time to look for a new pizza place.

It was only supposed to take an hour to receive our delivery but after two phone calls to the store and 1 hour and 50 minutes later we received a luke warm pizza that appeared to have been in a warmer for a while. Avoid ordering from this location

1st time not bad...ate half

Location owner: From our first experience, which was great, we have been satisfied with product and service. But today we ordered and were told we would have our order within 45 minutes to one hour. As the hour went by we reached out for an update. We were told the driver was out for delivery. Now it's 1 and a 1/2 after we were told the order would be delivered. We call back to cancel as it is now 8p with no delivery in sight. We told the Marcos employee the issue and asked for a discount under the circumstances if delivery is coming still or to cancel. The person said Marcos/they would cancel. No I sorry for the delay, sorry I offer X, NOTHING AS! As these words came from their mouth the driverey car pulled up outside our home. No exit from the car by delivery person, they drove off. We guessed the Marcos employee on the phone called them to cancel. In the sake of "Good customer service" I would expect the employee on the phone to at least "TRY" to have a happy customer. But no! This employee just lost a customer and I will make it my business to note this to others who might want to enjoy a pizza. Pizza Hut or Domino's might be a better option if this is how being extremely late is addressed by this location of Marcos. Customer service is your business! If it's an employee shortage issue then advise. The cost to gain a customer is measured in satisfaction, which WE are not right now.

I ordered a large pepperoni thin crust pizza today. I order from this location from time to time the exact same thing and never received a pizza this dark and crispy. The pizza actually tasted like a cracker. I called to report to the manager on duty and his only suggestion was to bring the pizza back for a remake. I shouldn't have to do all that which I didn't being that I had already made it home. From a long day of work, picking up kids from school and trying to find the quickest thing to eat the manager asks me to bring the pizza back is the only way to supposedly make it right. Customer satisfaction is everything. A pizza credit would've been acceptable but I will not order here again in a while. Their pizza isn't all that cheap either. Highly dissatisfied with the customer service of the manager which I forgot to get a name and the quality of my pizza for my kids.

The pizza was delicious and just the way I ordered it.
