We called to put in a puck up order they picked up the phone and just sit the phone down. We could hear the talking and laughing. No one asked what we wanted. We hung up and called back. They picked up the phone and just hung it up. So I called back off of a different number and non one picked up at all. So I call this very poor customer service. I had to give it a one star should be zero.
Went for the mixed berries donuts and I got the jellied filled. The filling was great but I didn't care for that stuff they had in top. Would have been better if they were glazed instead.
Always nice employees! I can't compliment enough about the kindness I've been shown in only 2 visits. They go above and beyond to please the customers here! The donuts and the frozen coffee is amazing! I will most definitely be a returning customer often!
Longest wait ever. Out of 4 different kinds. No change in the cash register, only accepting exact change and debit cards…. But didn’t tell patrons until they were ordering! Workers had terrible attitudes and clearly don’t want to be there. Also with the construction someone needs to be directing traffic. Never again.
Ordered online, had to sit in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes, because the inside was closed. Only to get to the window and find they do not have the donuts that showed they had available on the app. Did my best not to curse the kids in the window because I know it's not their fault but man I sure was mad...
Literally had none of the doughnuts listed!! Very rude drive-thru employee, acted like it was a bother to her to be at work & wait on customers! This Krispy Kreme location has really gone downhill! Tuscaloosa location beats Hoover any day of the week! Doughnuts were stale & looked like they weren't handled carefully at all. Also a woman walked up to the window while we were waiting on our order to complain about the quality of her doughnuts ?
This has become the absolute worst Krispy Kreme location. Service was terrible and the donuts were stale. The last 3 trips there, the cream filled donuts had ZERO cream!!!The last and final visit we ordered the Spring Minis.First, they didn't give us the right number of each mini.Second, there was NO CREAM in these supposedly cream filled donuts.Third, the employee was completely disinterested in taking my order... She rushed me and kept going to the register before my order was even completed.The employee was more interested in giving free donuts to the customer behind me than helping me!!!NEVER GOING BACK!!!
This location has, by far, one of the most consistently poor and frustrating customer experiences of any Krispy Kreme I've been too. They are almost always sold out of the flavors that you want, they are never able to tell you if/when they will have more, and they sometimes advertise flavors that they no longer carry.If you use their rewards program, don't be surprised if the employees don't understand how to properly use it or if they mess up and fail to credit you for your purchase or can't figure out how to redeem your free donut rewards.Due to staffing issues, they are sometimes drive thru only, but there is no way to know this until you get down and find the door locked. I told the manager that a simple sign on the door would address this issue, but they never took any action. And the drive thru line is often very long and slow, so when the lobby is closed, there is no way to know what they have in stock without waiting in line for a very long time, only to be disappointed.I cannot recommend wasting your time with coming here until they sort out their issues.
Donuts were hot and fresh. The young lady working the drive thru window, not so much. Maybe she was have a bad day, regardless she needs to take her attitude down a notch and not take it out on her customers
