The last several times we have eaten here the service has been a nightmare. We were regularly eating here once or twice a week. Its convenient to our home, but after several extremely bad experiences it will be hard to continue to eat here. We usually go in around 8pm. The blonde lady that works up front is always extremely rude. She is on her phone constantly and I have had to get her attention to place an order even though she is standing right behind the counter facing out. She is deep into her phone that she doesn't notice people that are less than a foot away. She is also always very snappy and makes us feel like we are a problem. On top of her being consistently rude, the dining room has been extremely dirty. Food left on tables, no sauce in warmers, old nasty lemons are being left out for the tea. The last two visits our food has come out cold. Not room temp, it is cold! I try to consider that there may be staffing issues, but there is always several people working the front and several in the back. I am not sure their excuse, but until the customer service improves, we will not be back. I have a long list of things that have gone wrong with our visits and would rate this with negative stars if I could. I do hope this changes as we miss the experience we use to have,
The place is not very clean. The door mat when you first walk in looks as if it has not been swept in a month. The workers up front are rude and the manager seemed to shed light on why his place is dirty and his workers are unhappy. Waited way too long for my food to go. This place used to be nice. Another restaurant marked off my list.
Not a big deal but was disappointed they ran out of brisket so ended up getting quite a bit of chicken instead which is still tasty, got collard greens as well.Those were not so much. Texture was great but pretty sure they just flavored salt with collard greens. We couldn't quite eat them.Got home they had forgotten an entire kids meal after the whole fiasco with the brisket, and as we are eating on the chicken my son almost choked on a chicken bone, as we kept eating we found more and more. And today was the 10th one we've found.We understand it can happen but there's been ALOT of bones found in it and we still have a pound of chicken to go.The staff was amazing tho and the food was hot.
The bar-b-que sauce had a sweet tomato taste and it wasn't a good taste to me. I order the rib list and they were tough to chew. Also the lady is bathroom was very unclean. When there's not a clean bathroom makes you skeptical of the food.
First of all this place has the best carrot cake ever! Hands down it’s awesome! But…. My complaint is when….I asked was everything In the bags correct she said yesI checked because of the price $58 dollars I spent.Got stew and not chili. Got no extra sauce I asked for.Fries were beyond oldThe bag with the unwanted “stew” was a huge mess in the bag, leaking etc….With the prices of the food you pay for you should get what you ordered and that’s just in general speaking for any place.This place had hardly any customers when I arrived. Plenty of workers from what I acknowledged when I went inside to get more sauce etc…… I ended up throwing out the stew bc it tasted awful and was at the time unaware it wasn’t chili until I arrived home. Having a cup of something in the bag wasn’t thinking it would be wrong so I didn’t even open the lid to see. It was clearly a mess of the liquids coming out so I left it alone and stabilized it. This place use to be the best place to eat and everything was outstanding… the food quality has declined rapidly. Maybe it’s new owners or something- maybe these feedbacks will help you guys in the future Good luck!

When I want barbecue or a big Baker potato,I always go to Full Moon!! They give you plenty of food,a lot more than a lot of the barbecue places, believe me some of them other places, you couldn't even taste the meat on their sandwich compared to Full Moons and the big Baker potatoes cover the whole takeout plate they must weigh 5 lbs!! Awesome food, awesome people!!
Normally this is my favorite Full Moon location to eat at. Lady who took my order at the counter was all taking orders on headset for the drive thru. Besides of being out of onion rings I told her I wanted a barbcue plate with outside meat and and fries and fried okra for here and my pie for to go. I waited 20 min. Pie was brought out first on plate. Said I wanted it to go. Then they called out my name to pickup and I said I was dining in. So I just took it and sat down at table. Fries was cold. Meat was not outside meat. I was too tired and hungry to complain. Dining room was not busy. It was 6 pm at nite. Just very disappointed.
Tradition. Best of everything! Friendly and a pleasure to visit.
