Delicious shakes and the cheese curds are fabulous! Tyler is the best. Will definitely be back!
This was my first and last time eating here. Service was friendly and fast, that's why I gave 2 stars. The food wasn't flavorful except for the desert. While eating the burger and fries I never once took a bite and thought this tastes good. Also I was very hungry when I arrived. Usually when you're hungry even mediocre food tastes good. No flavor whatsoever. Friendly service and a short wait.
The fryer was down so you couldn't get fries, tenders, or onion rings. A burger and a drink cost just as much as the combo. Maybe I'll try again another day.
Reminds me of Dairy Queen. I got onion rings. They were very greasy. Maybe something else on the menu would have been more appealing. My children and grands ate there too. Their reviews were mixed.
The food was served cold despite my husband and I request that it be hot. The cashier had on dirty gloves that soiled our receipt, I would highly recommend the person handling the money not be allowed to make beverages. We threw the sodas away because the cups were equally as disgusting it's as if he had been wearing the gloves the entire shift. How unsanitary !
The floor was greasy throughout the whole store sliding all over the place someone’s going to get sued if they fall but luckily I didn’t fall. The bathroom stump it smelled like an old gas station smell. My wife and I was not happy with the experience we had there.
My first time back in a long time. It was worth the wait. The food was prepared and served fresh and hot. I will be returning more often. Keep up the excellent service Freddy's!!!
Usually I’m pretty happy with Freddy’s in Hoover but this last visit ruined it all as there was hair in my burger. Pretty gross.
Okay, I've had Lettuce wrapped burgers before, but they NEVER looked like this. Way too much lettuce, and the 2 very thin burger patties were torn up and shoved in the middle of all the lettuce, pickles off to one side , and barely any cheese. What a mess. They need some practice.Fries were cold as well.
The one worker. NiKayla, was really nice and welcoming to me. Freddy’s has really good food but I recommend coming on weekends because that’s when you’ll get the best service. Nikayla and Shunta are really the BEST ! Love them and would def come back 10/10 recommend !!!
