Basic bland Mexican food… if that’s what you like..good service and nice people.
I just wanted a chicken quesadilla and now I have the worst food poisoning. I shouldnt have trusted the reviews. My friend got beef and is fine though so maybe just don't get the chicken?
Super fast and delicious.The classic lime margarita is one of the best around and my husband had the mango jalepeno margarita that he really liked.
Awful. The special plate is pork, which is listed no where on the menu, it speaks only of beef—and which the waitress swore was not on the plate. I cannot eat pork. It was in everything. Their useless way of making it right was a small tortilla with nearly raw flavorless hamburger. The grilled peppers and onions were also raw. Disgusting and unclean. Not going back.
The plating of the food was outstanding. And it tasted as good as it looked. Reasonably priced and generous portions. An extensive menu including steak and seafood dishes. Definitely not your run of the mill Mexican grille. El Cielo is a cut above. I will be back. If you’ve never been here it is worth a try.
Looking for some good Mexican food and not a chain place while out of town for work. This place did not disappoint one bit. Staff was super friendly and had chips and salsa on my table almost immediately. I ordered the Chicken Gratinado, which was served quickly it was excellent. The chicken came out sizzling hot and covered with melted cheese. The tortillas were grilled, soft and warm and the guacamole and rice were also excellent. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Support your local small businesses and stop in here!
Terrible experience at this restaurant. Asked for a rice bowl with plantains. The rice was frozen and they blamed on the lettuce. Yes, cold lettuce can freeze rice!!!! The bowl was supposed to include plantains. It did not have them. Asked for them. Never brought them. Terrible customer service
We had a great experience at El Cielo Mexican Grill. The service was great, food was hot and delicious. I recommend this place to anyone who likes good Mexican food.
