Really good fish sandwich.
My teenagers went to eat at the Hoover location on 5/23. As they walked in a staff member that was outside told them “you are not welcome here” (they had never been to this location before) They walked in and asked why they were not welcome and several staff members gathered around telling them they were rude the day before and they could never come in again. The staff then showed them a blurry picture from their security cameras of 3 teens and a accused them of being the teenagers in the photo. My kids were scared and said they would call me to come so I could prove it was not them. The staff then made them stand there for 5 minutes while they discussed it. When they realized they were accusing the wrong kids they did not apologize. They just said they guessed they had the wrong people and they could order. This is unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen, but the manager could have questioned my kids on her own to see if they were the rude customers from the day before. At the very least when they realized it was a mistake they could apologize. It is not ok for all employees to gang up on 3 teenagers and falsely accuse them. The food is good, but the staff is not well trained.
Everything was absolutely amazing! I had a Butter Burger, and it was delicious. I also had a concrete mixer, also amazing. It also had friendly staff and short wait times. It's a very top tier fast food restaurant and I highly recommend if your in the area.
Everything was AMAZING....The customer service was great, from the front counter all the way back to the kitchen.I love the shrimp basket
My first time at a Culver's and I was so impressed! The cheese curds and custard were delicious. Customer service was great. It was very clean inside and out. Would love to go back.
Pretty nice upscale fast food. Shrimp and fries was well cooked and seemed a little bit nicer than what you'd get at something like Captain D's. But they had so many things to choose from. Google their menu.
First tried Culver’s in Wisconsin & was so glad when it was brought to Hoover. I’ve tried Culver’s in three different states & it never disappoints. The burgers & cheese curds are so good & the strawberry milkshake is amazing
A very good choice to grab a quick bite. Quality food at an affordable price. The menu provides great variety to mix it up. And Dang, custard is awesome!

Got to try Culver's on a trip up north a few years ago and loved it. I knew if they entered the Birmingham market it would be a hit. Finally made it to Hoover to try this one out and it didn't disappoint. Probably my favorite chain fast food burger restaurant in Birmingham. Restaurant was clean and well laid out. The food was fantastic! And the staff was friendlier than you might expect at a fast food restaurant.
