4p Sunday the place was a disaster cleanliness did not exist. Staff was unresponsive no wonder the door was filled with now hiring posters.
Drive thru pickup is ridiculously slow. If someone pulls up at the window and their order is not ready, politely ask them to drive back around in the line so that others who have orders ready can pick them up in a timely manner. We have currently been waiting 24 minutes in line to pick up our prepaid order that was supposed to be ready 25 minutes ago.We will not be back because of poor management of this location.
First time trying Chipotle actually by accident but it was pretty decent. I ordered the burrito bowl. The food was good and everything was cooked right the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the amount of meat they put in the bowl. Now idk how Chipotle does their ratio, but having to dig in the bowl to find a piece of meat is a little ridiculous.
No notice its online orders only, doors are locked with no sign stating why even though it says fine in is available. Anytime I've gotten food here it's always cold even when in store dining was available. Choose another location over this one.
If you order in store, chances are they’re out of something (usually veggies), and nobody is in the kitchen working to fix that problem. This is the opposite of what you find at the Galleria location which seems to run like a well-oiled machine.If you order via DoorDash expect about a half serving of meat, even if you order and pay for double.I live nearby but will be going to the Galleria location from now on if I want Chipotle.
Tough review here... I saw employees that were working hard and super polite. But we had one employee in the back grill that didn't think she needed to be there. They were out of chicken and the front crew were awesome to work with, but the grill lady was not happy and it showed. Front staff would ask her about more chicken and she was in no rush to help at all. Pitty. Once the line cleared... This fancy grill lady decided to make her own small bowl and proceed to eat it right on the back table where she was previously chopping up the chicken. Sounds like the restaurant bumping pay to 15 an hour hasnt helped this lady feel modivated to work. All others were awesome and getting it knocked out, but this is an example of the single bad apple spoiling it for all. :(
Gave this location three chances, I will never go to this location again or prob any chipotle. They are very inconsistent. The location is very dirty. Chips were under the drink fountain. A few times in the past they forgot the juice for the kids meal.Yesterday when I went in the drink machine was very out of carbonation. The drinks tasted flat and very syrupy. There was no hot sauce. The atmosphere sucked. No-one was happy in the store. The location was COLD. You would have to wear a jacket in the location just to stop shivering.Chiptole, everyone is struggling right now with labor, but you had a full staff, some of the people were just standing there and talking. Get it together.
I ordered three chicken bowls some of the chicken was not completed done in all three bowls. My boyfriend got sick stayed in bathroom all night ; of course he gobbled his bowl down. Me and my mom spit out the undercooked chicken. I have been eating at Chipotle since Kansas City 2005 , Atlanta locations 2007 - 2012 . This location is worst location period ! When this location first opened they were making soup bowls by not draining beans and any vegetables. Now this ….. Corporate needs to come in retrain entire store- ASAP. I will return to Galleria mall location.
This location does not allow anyone inside the store and constantly gets my orders wrong. I ordered a chicken burrito, rice, beans, corn, lettuce, cheese. The order has maybe 4 pieces of chicken on it and no corn. It was also cold! Even though I picked it up 5 minutes after ordering. I have never been to a chipotle this bad.
The restaurant was clean, and the staff was great. The problems I had was the chicken for my Burrito was burnt, and the rice wasn’t all the way cooked also my boyfriend Burrito wasn’t good.
