Worst service at a chik-fil-a I have ever had.Waited at speaker for 7 minutes as the "express mobile" line let many cars through...Ordered a number 5, persons kept repeating the order wrong. After a long wait to get to the window. I asked them to repeat the order again and they had it completely wrong again. Finally got it placed and then after taking the money, they wanted me to pull around to the parking lot and wait even more!She said they were out of egg and had to make more. They weee out because so many other cars went around me...Told her I was not waiting any more and to give me my money back. Will not return again...
food was great, they got everything correct and the service was quick and hairless as always (:
Went through here today and ordered a kids meal and got a ice dream cup instead of the toy with a lemonade though somehow got a milk and no cup of ice cream. They even put the spoon in the bag with the toy but no ice cream. The lemonade tasted sour and beyond sweeter than normal. The food was good though other than those 2 things.
Used the app and paid went to the drive through and waited 15 min then was told they didn't have the order and to select curbside. When I did that the thing asked me to pay again and crashed twice. I went inside and they wouldn't do anything. Will not be coming to this location ever again
I’ve been waiting 30 minutes and still haven’t received my food. They even made me park in the parking lot after I waited 25 minutes in the drive through. This has consistently happened recently. I order a simple meal and even ordered ahead of time and went through the “express lane”. Gas is too expensive to have to wait that long! Especially if you have little children with you!
Chick-fil-A is always amazing. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the slow drive-thru. We even used the mobile order express lane and it was still slow. They need an employee directing traffic at the drive-thru exit because that appeared to be the problem.
Drive-thru was packed but moved quickly. The order taker was very polite and courteous with a beautiful smile ? The order was exactly what I wanted and was hot and fresh. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back.

I have been going to this chick-fil-a since it opened. This past year it has gone down tremendously. Every time I go the service keeps getting slower and slower. I waited at the register to get a spoon for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was standing there. I came inside one time to just order a soft drink and it took them 25 minutes to just get me a drink. Literally all you had to do was fill the drink in the cup and hand it to me. I had to wait for all of the other food orders that were before me to go out before I was handed a drink. My parents do not live here and last time they came we went for breakfast. They said the service was terrible on how long it took to get our food. I can go to a sit down restaurant and get my food faster than what it took for them to get us breakfast. I do not know if the management has changed, but I will definitely choose to go to another chick-fil-a or just choose another restaurant.
Love this location! Every time I eat here, which is three times a week on average, it’s always such a great experience. The food is always fresh and hot, and the employees are very nice. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit just due to the sheer volume of customers, but I do not mind waiting to get a superior product!
