Literally the best spicy southwest salad I’ve had from Chick-fil-A. I usually get this salad from different locations, and their okay but the Chick-fil-A here in Hoover…????
Love Chick-fil-A . They never get your order wrong . They might give you some stale chic n minis once in awhile but other than that . It’s great ! Although they need to pour the whole bag of sugar in the sweet tea ?? because it’s never sweet enough
Tastes pretty good but its always disappointing that the chicken tortilla soup is a seasonal menu item :( it's the best thing there
My nuggets and fries were fresh but I got a side salad and it was wet and had some Browning on it
One of my fav restaurants, employees are nice and will definitely take care of you.
This place was PACKED but we got our food very quickly. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Even the director was out taking orders. At least that's what her badge said.
This has to be the busiest Chick-fil-A I've ever seen....run like a well oiled machine...the food and service were great!
Chick-fil-A expediency got us through the drive thru line super fast. Order was accurate, hot and fresh!
They've gotten my order wrong 2 out of the last 3 times I've gone here. Last time they gave me someone else's food. Check your bag before you pull off.
This location likes to pick and choose when curbside is an option. The guy outside directing traffic isn’t necessary for this location. He’s extremely sweet, but let’s use that energy elsewhere
