Everything tastes great and the employees are very friendly.I come for the delicious food, but I stay for Katie! (Or have I got the order confused again? ?)PLEASE OPEN A TUSCALOOSA LOCATION!!!
This is usually one of my go to spots but unfortunately this time my service sucked. I guess my server Rachel didn’t want to work but we got our food with no silverware and looked for her and she’s sitting down in the front of the restaurant never came to check on us. We had to ask other servers available to help us. I haven’t been in awhile and I guess I’ll have to keep it that way.
The service at this location was horrible. We had a party of 12. We had to wait an hour before we could even order. There was not a lot of people in the restaurant mind you. Then we finally ordered and the orders were wrong twice. When we cot the orders correct it took 30 more minutes to get it. I'm not a big complainer and I'm a patient person but that was totally ridiculous.
Great authentic Cajun food at a clean establishment with indoor and outdoor dining areas with a small bar.Our waitress was too notch, wonderful attitude and knowledgeable of dishes. We really enjoyed our meal, we finished with a hurricane and bread pudding!We will certainly be back!
Been twice recently and truly impressed with everything I have tried thus far, excellent food and service. Back for the third time and just as good.
Tracy is the best. Food is delicious. Voodoo chicken without rice so I could keep it close to Keto!
Five stars just ain't enough to express how I truly feel about this place!!! I come here every year when crawdad season kicks off an they are always just nice an juicy just how I like em!!! Staff is out of this world an the booze is even better!!! Thank y'all for many years of damn good crawdads!!!
I ordered food and it was great until I got to the bottom of my gumbo and it was a dead leaf in there?. No offense but I've ordered from there before and I go to the one in trussvile and have never had a bay leaf in there and that leaf did not look like a bay leaf
I’m a huge fan of this chain so I’m always excited when I get to visit a new location. At first glance I was surprised that this location is so much smaller than the others I’ve visited but the Food and drinks were amazing as always and the service was absolutely first class! Can’t wait to come back!!
Went for first time yesterday, craving some gumbo. Ordered takeout. Gumbo was very tasty and loaded with seafood. When I picked up my order staff was friendly and welcoming. The place was busy with cozy atmosphere-people seated at bar with big screen TV/sports as well as booths and tables. Space with outdoor seating is available when weather permits. Picked up a menu while there which was helpful as online menu was not as complete and did not list prices. I will be back for more gumbo and want to try the shrimp and grits! Crab claws too.
