Dear GM of this establishment. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR ANS FIRE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOUR WORTHLESS LAZY EMPLOYEES. drive thru line didn’t move for 10 minutes they weren’t even taking orders. I drove around and 3 ladies were leaning up against the window and counters having a hilarious conversation from what it looked like. I felt so bad i had to disturb there good time to have them actually do there Job.
The person that they had on drive-thru had a major attitude all the way from taking the order to when I pulled up. When I pulled up I don't know what had got her so angry but she was even cussing loud enough for me to hear it. It was extremely disappointed because the attitude at that Burger King has gone downhill extremely quickly. I know they have a sign that says that they're down employees, but that still does not give them the right to lower their standards with their customer service where was the manager
I honestly don’t know if this restraint is open or closed half of the time. There never anyone at this location to take my order thru drive through or walk in. This is a BRAND NEW Burger King restaurant. What in the entire #%*+ is going on in Jefferson County with this franchise?
I get it it’s fast food but at least care about your job and work faster. I should not have to wait 20 minutes for “fast food” I should not have to drive away because you take too long to hand out food to us.
Close it down till you can hire people that have a functional brain and work ethic. I sat at the drive thu for 10 minutes. No one tried to take my order or the other person's order. Fire every person working here. None of them deserve a job.
Bad service. Just left the drive through and I’m glad that I checked my bag before I left because I had a completely different order and drink. When I brought it to the employee’s attention,he seemed annoyed that I was asking for the right order. They weren’t busy or anything. I still went home with the wrong drink, but I doubt I’ll be going back.
Don’t come here. Workers have zero customer service and are not friendly. Three years ago, this location was great. Now, it’s terrible. Expect to wait in the drive thru for no less than 20 minutes only to be told they are out of something. Save time and go to another location.
Can't understand a simple order of meat and cheese on the burger only. I'm done coming to this place and their ALWAYS getting every order wrong.
Sitting in the drive through waiting listening to a woman talk to her coworkers because she left the mic on. We’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes blocked in by the car behind us (or we would leave). There is not a single customer in the restaurant and they have served one car in the drive through in the last 30 minutes. No way to get out and they basically are just standing around talking. Listening to them curse at their colleagues now and talking about how their nose is running like a sieve. Just wow.
so we came through and ordered a double stacker which has bacon,2patties,cheese and stacher sauce. they gave us a burger with no bacon and had lettuce and onions. so we came back and asked for the right thing. they gave us the same thing. never coming back here.
