All four visits were excellent. This last time we were seated in the back it was extremely cold. BUT!!! WE HAD A AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN WAIT ON OUR TABLE. I couldn't get a good look at her name Friday June 17,2022 around 4:30- 5pm. Anywho she amazed me on how knowledgeable she was with the menu and the different types of food. She was very friendly and patient with me and my spouse and another couple was placed in her area she was just as attentive with their needs & wants as well as ours.
We really enjoyed our dinner here. I ordered the 12oz bone-in pork chop, it was so juicy and tender.We also order a seafood/cheese dip for our appetizer and that was wonderful as well!The service was exceptional. I can’t wait to go again. 5 STARS!!
We normally do not eat out on Mother's Day but had to this year. We sat at the bar and could tell the bartender had had a long day. Although he was tired, Kevin provided us with excellent service! We both enjoyed the corn chowder with crab and bacon and I enjoyed my ceaser salad with grilled salmon. My husband loved his Cod Imperial!
It was a Sunday night and the first restaurant we’d plan to eat at had closed at 8pm. We googled Bonefish Grill to find out they closed at 9pm. We arrived about 8:25, asked if we could still order and the Host was welcoming and said “absolutely!” The menu was loaded with a variety of pricing options, and creative flavors and combinations of seafood, steak, salads, appetizers with caloric value listed with pricing. I chose linguine pasta with jumbo shrimp and artichokes tossed in a creamy creole sauce. Absolutely delicious. I’m wavering between a 4 or 5 star rating but our server was obviously unhappy about having another table to wait on. It’s not to difficult to offer a smile, instead of showing unhappiness.
Always perfect. Food & staff excellent. Other restaurants seem to have gone downhill during pandemic, but Brian seems to have everything under control!! Never dissapointed and always enjoy our dinners there!! Good job, to everyone working there!!???
Great service and food. Six of us stopped for a late dinner traveling thru the area. Our server, Douglas M did a fantastic job of explaining and answering all of our questions. Our food was fresh, hot and plentiful and delicious. That was my first time at a Bonefish Grill. We were all so glad we found this restaurant.
I highly recommend Bonefish Grill in Hoover for their local tuna. It was superb. :) Chris was also an awesome waiter. #localtuna #locallaney

I was in town for the weekend and every restaurant had a 2 hour wait. This place only had a 25 min wait. The food was just ok, but the service was amazing. Our server was extremely attentive.
I enjoyed our service and the food…. I can’t stop thinking about the corn chowder!!! It was soooo good! Our waitress was so kind. She kept our glasses filled and made sure that we had everything we needed. Wonderful experience! They were quite busy that night but it felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant! I wish I remembered my server's name:)
