Service is absolutely terrible. I was rushed through my order and the order taker (older female) was extremely rude. I got to the window and asked if I could purchase two Bo’s sauces. She told me they don’t have them anymore so I asked for two ranches. She said “WE DONT DO ADD ONS AT THE WINDOW, YOULL HAVE TO GO BACK THEOUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH TO PURCHASE THE RANCH.” Are you kidding me? I have never in my life been treated that badly at a fast food restaurant. You want me wait in the drive through again while my food gets cold just for two ranch sauces.
I Had An Interview With The General Manager. Everyone On Staff Had Pleasant Attitudes. And Phenomenal Customer Service. ???
We doordashed here. I was told 2min on an order, then 7min, then the last brought it out to us, was just rude and shoved it in the car and was like you got it? Didn't tell us whose order was what. We figured that out. But hopefully she doesn't treat all the customers like this.Bad for business.
The food was very good. I had a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit along with a delicious Boberry Biscuit. I wanted to dine in, but the dining room was closed.
Awful customer service here. This location now close at 3 o'clock pm. I arrived at 2:40pm to the intercom, they rudely told me I can not have a coke, they are closed. I asked " what's your closing time?" they said "we're closed". I called to express my concern, a lady answered, she said "take dat up wid my gm", I asked for her to put them on the phone. I was put on hold, then i heard background noise and someone hung up the phone .
Love this place! BUT this location is ALWAYS closed, we went at 5pm on Saturday and it was closed.. and their google business hours don’t reflect their actual business hours correctly. Typically the customer service here has been horrific, but it’s worth it to get the delicious food. Wish it were better circumstances! Lol
I have gone by this location at 3:00pm-CLOSED, 2:30pm-CLOSED, 2:15pm-CLOSED. Forget getting any chicken at this location after 1:00pm. Whoever owns this locations needs to do better!
Food was nice, service is bad and the old Africa American lady needs to go. She's not polite and she yell at me at the window not to mention she didn't let me to complete my order she was rushing me like they closing for WW3. She's so rude and she's not on the right place. Who ever put her to take peoples order is nuts hire young ppl with patience and knows how to deal with customers. Not coming back again.
Idk who is working there today but that meal and tea amazed me how good it was, and the woman at the window was lovely. I rarely have this kind of experience at places like this. I don’t think that should be the case, but these people’s standards made my day.
This location used to be good but slowly has gotten terrible. They are never open during their posted hours. 1:00 p.m and their system is down? Last 4x I have visited they are either not open or the system is down. Either extremely low staffed or does not want to work.
