Update: the reply to my one-star review shows that this company doesn't even know how to solicit feedback correctly (you can't select or copy a link from a Google review reply). That's how poor this Arby's location is, top to bottom.
The staff makes you feel right at home and is very respectful and helpful
I really dislike this location. They close earlier than 11pm, and they NEVER have mozzarella sticks. They are so lazy at this location. NEVER RETURNING AND I SUGGEST OTHERS FOLLOW SUITE. You will always leave disappointed. A waste of money!!
I’ve eaten here before. Food is usually hot and crispy but they close early and at random times. Which means they still show as open on google and they take mobile orders until 11pm. Put in a mobile order at around 10. Got there at 10:15. All the lights are off no cars in the lot and doors are locked. Now i’m out $25 dollars and i’m hungry. Thankfully Arbys customer service is ? and was in contact with them within a minute.
Got there around 6 pm lobby was locked, had to go through drive through was overcharged.
Great drive thru service, the food was hot and the service very good
Literally issues every time I stop here. Closed today until 12 for some reason. Every other time I have stopped here the milkshake machine is out of order. I’ve wasted too much time stopping here to not be able to get what I need

I love this Arby's the drive thru guy is amazing! His customer service skills are refreshing! I don't know his name but I'm usually going after 3:30 pm on weekdays! And of course I'm ordering 2 classic roast beef sandwiches! With lots of Arby's sauce! My favorite?
Friendly people except no one wears gloves and mind you people they be touching your food
