I hate to write this review because I have eaten there often for a long time. First, the food is always good - no problems there. Very good, no problems, and generally quick service. That being said the last *two* times ive been there the dine-in has been locked during normal hours despite there being a big sign outside that says "DINE IN NOW OPEN". If its a staffing problem or whatever then its fine, everyone understands, but take that sign down. If its poor and lazy management and employees then fire them, else you'll turn into Wendys down the street. I will be pleased to revise this review in the future because this Arbys generally is good.
I use to work for arbys. But the people they have at this location is very sad and poor. They are very rude and slow. I know one of the ASM that work at this location and it's still very sad. I was on drive thru and heard whoever was on the speaker literally yelling at this older lady because she spoke. Very pathetic, I know it's hard to find people but arbys you're better off changing operating hours than providing this kind of service. I understand poor service but this was unacceptable and it wasn't even me it happened to.
This arbys (Lorna road) you want to stay away from. I knew I shouldnt have gone here after not seeing any cars there during lunch or dinner hours, but I gave 2 shots. The first, 5 months ago and was not very good. The second, tonight and it was absolutely awful. I live 2.7 miles away and fries got cold during that long drive home. The place looked closed while driving up... I think they should go ahead and close. Will not be returning and would not reccomend.
Closes at 11 but sat at the drive thru window for 20mins with no response at 8:30.
Went here at Lorna rd locations as usual. Went with my husband and my 10th th old baby since it’s easy for us to put my baby in the high chair and spend a good time in the restaurant. Unfortunately I had to knock at the door loud (it was locked) because they were ignoring us… well, they were close even though they have a HUGE advertisement that they are OPEN for dine in. And the schedule says it’s open too….
They kicked me out of the lobby when I was trying to pick up a DoorDash, even tho the app said to come inside and the door was open... Wasting my time and delaying my customers order.Tell the manager to pay more so you can have staff. I blame management. They must be stupid.
Ahzia is an amazing employee. She was just supposed to be working the drive through taking orders and money. When no other employees were helping her she took the initiative and made my food herself. She was very kind and I appreciate her making my food. I will be back because of her.
We are always so pleased with the service at this Arby's location... The employees here are so kind and attentive; they seem to all take pride in their work. The food is also always prepared and given out accurately.
Cashier had the nastiest attitude because she gave me the wrong dipping sauce!
In my opinion Arby's is the best fast food restaurant. The lady that took our order was so nice.
