Made an online order. It was supposed to be ready at 8:11. IT TOOK FOREVER!! I sat at the curbside to go window for 20 minutes! No one ever came. I then went inside to the bar only to wait about 30 minutes. A man finally came and asked if he could help me. I told him that I had a to-go order and he looked at me like I was crazy, then proceeded to take someone else's order! Really? If you weren't going to help, why did you ask? A young girl then came out and asked if she could help. I told her that I had a to go order. She then disappeared in the back and NEVER returned!! Finally the man said, "I'll get your to go order Ma'am," with a smirk on his face!! I did not leave the establishment until 8:55! I could have eaten in if I wanted to spend this much time in there! I understand that they are short staffed, but this was excessive! I received cold food, waited an unreasonable amount of time, and I won't visit this location again!! Do better Applebee's!!!!
Traveled to Shocco Springs and stopped here to grab a bite to eat. My waitress Ebony was really nice and attentive but the food was not that good. My steak was cold and my brownie bite was hard! Not bad, but need more improvement in the food area!
Place not busy...15 min to get a beer...then told the taps don't work only bottles. Only 1 server and 1 manager working. Dingy looking ceiling needs replacement, kept hoping that something wouldn't fall in my food. However the food was good and came out hot without any issues. I had the chicken and broccoli alfredo, chicken was cooked perfectly and not dried out.

The food was good. They were short handed. The prices are reasonable. The only thing about it was we all had our food, except my sister who the manager had gave her dish to somebody else. So they got a little confused.
They were struggling a little from lack of people but the manager told us to be patient coming in the door and it would all be cool which it was...food didn't take long to get to us and was hot and freshWhat else can you ask for
I go to applebees because sometimes I want a good meal at a reasonable price where I feel comfortable and serve is good. I get this when I go there and its satisfying. That's what's up.
No wait upon entering. Waitress was great, checked on us frequently. $5 margaritas were good. Chicken roll ups lunch special were not special. Tortillas were soggy, you had to really look to find the tiny chicken bits & there was more Lettuce & pico than anything else. French fries were good. Would probably eat here again but would try something else.
Our server Kim was the best! This has been the best visit at a restaurant that we have had in a long time, thanks to her! She was very polite and courteous! Please tell her we said thank you!
The sirloin was excellent. Well cooked and tender. The rest of our meal was also very good indeed, and the wait staff were attentive and helpful. As you can see from my picture, the steak was excellent and not a dot was left. That's the best advertisement I think ?
