Yo Yo Donuts makes the best tacos in town—perhaps in the entire state*—by a long shot! Their donuts are very good too, but the tacos are the stars in this little eatery. ----- *I haven't eaten tacos from every taco-seller in Alabama, so I cannot claim these are the best in the whole state, but I've eaten enough tacos in other places around Alabama and across the US to know that Yo Yo Donuts tacos are among the best in the land.
Great customer service… I was very indecisive about my donut selection because there was so many great options to choose from…. But the employee was very patient with me. He wasn’t over friendly, but very nice, calm & professional. The place was clean & cozy, my food came out fresh & hot (not spicy) & the donuts were freshly made not hot, but room temperature and soft. I will be back soon!
Welcome to SoHo's best kept secret! Don't let the name fool you, there's way more than delicious donuts - authentic Mexican street food! You've gotta look hard from street level for this 'hole in the wall', but once you find it, it's actually nice and has lots of unique spaces for cozy conversations. Most seating is 2 per table so I'd get carry out for larger groups. Everything was amazing, yum!
Discovered this cute lil cafe 3 days ago and have already been back! Good bubble teas, amazing taco salads, and marvelous wings and fries. Haven’t tried the donuts yet because I always get bubble tea and don’t want to overload on calories, but I can’t wait to go back and try them!
The chorizo breakfast burrito is the best burrito, of any kind, that I have ever had. Flavorful without all the grease you expect from chorizo. The salsa is light but adds the perfect little something extra. I would recommend it to everyone I know!
What's not to absolutely love? The best shrimp taco I've ever eaten, a quasidilla bigger than my head, and doughnuts to die for all in a cut corner spot with a loft up top to eat in. They're absolutely amazing.
Fantastic and freshly cooked breakfast burrito (coming from a Texan) and good donuts. Service is quick and the food is made on the spot.
I love authentic street tacos and since moving to Birmingham, have yet to find ones that just “hit the spot” but this place has blown me away every.single.time. Best tacos in town and they sell donuts and boba tea too! One stop shop for sweet and savory!! Love them!

ABSOLUTE BEST TACOS IN BIRMINGHAM HANDS DOWN. Sure the name says “donuts” but this little hole in the wall sells the best carne asada tacos AND awesome boba tea!! Give them a shot, you won’t regret it!
