Order was incorrect and food was cold. Multiple upcharges for aspects of the order not included (paid for a double cheeseburger, got a single, etc.). Was not given a receipt for my order, and thus am unable to complete a Whataburger survey about my visit.
Ordered two items neither correct. ordered hunny butter Chicken sandwich and received cheese lol? Ordered double meat got single like what in the world? Paid extra for both items didn’t receive either so that’s good. What’s even better is the receipt is obviously correct so the people in back don’t care and don’t want to be there. I wouldn’t waste your money. Not worth your time or frustration.
Love it !! The employees are very friendly, They get those orders out fast. Other restaurants near will definitely be hard to compete with them.
Whataburger fultondale is not good
Was given old dried out chicken tenders and cold hard fries. Staff was obviously upset I came to get something to eat. I have high hopes for this location now that Whataburger is finally in Homewood. Very disappointed. I was the only customer there. Entire overnight staff needs to be fired.
Awesome place they employees are super friendly and the food is served faster than any restaurant in the vicinity of homewood. Will definitely going back and back and back! Keep up the great work.

They had cones around all the entrances while the parking lot was full. Everybody in there was chilling.
