The roof top is a very nice setting to chill and have fun with Family and Friends.
Everyone was AMAZING and our stay was GREAT! HOWEVER, as Hilton Diamond members, we were astounded at the young woman in UGG BOOTS that took over ten minutes to greet us for brunch ONLY TO INFORM US they would not be serving anyone else (WITH ONLY TWO TABLES TAKEN UP OF TWO PEOPLE EACH BC THEY WERE SHORT HANDED & THERE WERE ZERRRRO PEOPLE AT THE BAR PERIOD!!!!!!) Not to mention, VERRRRRY UNFRIENDLY, RUDE, MISERABLE ACTING JUST BEING THERE AND HAVE ZERO IDEA HOW SHE EVEN WAS HIRED BY HILTON FOR SUCH A POSITION ESP FOR A BRAND NEW ADDITION TO THE HILTON CURIO COLLECTION OF HOTELS!!!! Then also the bartender outside upstairs Friday night was verrrrry unprofessional and rude and also could use a mixologist course prior to being hired to work at such an establishment, but overall besides these two individuals, we had a great experience BUT THIS PUT A SERIOUSLY BAD TASTE IN OUR OUT OF TOWN GUESTS AS WELL AND SAID THEY WOULD NOT RETURN FOR THE 2ND MOST EXPENSIVE SUITES IN BIRMINGHAM THIS WEEKEND, we DEFINITELY EXPECTED A MUCH BETTER SHOWING OF CLASS AND CURTSEY!!!!!!! I do not like having to give these types of downers esp bc I was really looking forward to such a better experience for everyone this weekend but it is what it is and if continued frequency is expected these types of employees are not going to give it a good reputation at all much less pay those prices for that type of service either!!!! Hope you get it together and weed out the people who ACTUALLY WANT THEIR JOBS!!!!!! Sorry for the bluntness!!!! Good luck!

Yo, I dunno who that clown is that posted the one star… but they are crazy. These fine folks make awesome coffee. I can’t get enough of it. Even their non-coffee drinks are great and my kids love them. Can’t wait to drink up again!
Just shut it down. Absolutely flavorless coffee. Flavorless, stale muffins. All in all a complete waste of calories, money, and time. Service is absurdly slow, too.Will go to Edgar’s or the biscuit place across the street tomorrow. There’s no way it could be worse.
