This review is in regards to the OUTSTANDING service and kindness my husband and I received on April 29 at 10:10pm. The kindest employees took care of us (our receipt shows Tamaria C as the cashier, although there are two women who took care of us and are the reason for this review!). My husband and I were visiting from the Gulf Coast and we were exhausted. It had been a long day for us which is what we were telling the cashiers as they were checking us out (the self order screen had an issue and told us to see a cashier for assistance). Well, the sweet employee not only paid for our meal but gave us cups for water and a very delicious frozen drink (I forget what Taco Bell calls it). It was such an unexpected act of kindness and was so appreciated after the long day we had. One employee encouragingly told us tomorrow will be better. We'd like to let her know that held true - tomorrow ended up being a great day and we ended our trip on a great note. But I'd say the highlight of our trip was the kindness we received here after what had been a very long, hard day. So from the bottom of our hearts - Thank you.
I was having a bad day, then decided to stop at taco bell on Lakeshore which I'm glad I did this young lady who's name was Angela K was so nice and kind made sure my order was correct and fresh just made my day a lot better wish their were more like her Coodoos to LAKESHORE T.B.
I don't like to complain but this place is bad. There's 3 things one can count on when visiting: 1. Your order will be wrong regardless of how clear you are at the kiosk.2. If you visit at night, they will be out of something like meat, tacos, etc...3. When you express aggravation at their lack of competency you will get attitude (not the good kind). You might say if it's that bad, why do you go there? My answer: That was the last time...
Employees were friendly and courteous. Food services was quick. Food need more taste
Not sure why they cannot get our online order names right… every time we come here, we have to repeat ourselves multiple times on the speaker and at the window to clarify our order name. Twice they forgot an item for the order…
Workers were nice, made sure I had everything I needed, got me through the line pretty fast. All orders were correct and I can't really find anything to complain about. Great Place.
In regards of vehicle damage to my car on Sunday, January 9, 2022.I was dropping off my better half at the Wildwood Center in Homewood, AL on Sunday, January 9, 2022, at approximately 11:49am. The dip over by the Club 4 Fitness ripped the bottom half of my air dam of my 2012 Toyota Prius. I have attached pictures of my air dam. Keep in mind, there is no barrier around the hump.To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your office contacting me on how what specific action you want: money refunded, repair, exchange, etc.
This was hands down the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Taco Bell establishment. If you want to wait in a meaningless long line and be spoken down to as if you were the individual who was behind both of the world wars, then this is the Taco Bell for you. Glen Bell would not be proud.
Used the drive thru and service wast fast. All food was correct and hot.. I even had napkins in the bag which for modt fast food places is a shock. I went at 1PM on a Wednesday.
Okay. It is very un-hip to eat at Taco Bell. Granted. However, it's almost Christmas and a tradition of my birth family was to go out on Christmas Eve, look at the decorations, and then get some kind of fast food before going home. I always wanted a bean burrito from Taco Bell, and that's what I got on this trip. It's simple, quasi-TexMex, it was cheap and convenient and I loved it. Staff was wonderful, no one was complaining, and it was the very essence of nostalgia.Thank you, Wildwood Taco Bell, for bringing back good memories.
