Not my first negative experience at this Subway, but tonight will be my last. I placed a mobile order at 8PM and received a call 15 minutes later asking if I was “coming or not”. Confused about the urgency, since they don’t close until 9, I said yes, that I was on my way & would be there by 8:25. My husband went in to pick up our order where an employee rudely said “We’ve been waiting on you, we’re closed.” According to their app, Google & the sign outside, they are open until 9, which my husband mentioned. The employee said “We are, but everything around us is closed, so we’re closing early.” That’s fine & well, but how in the world would we be aware of that when placing our order? Terrible customer service & attitudes every time - will not be returning.
I get subway all the time and this is the best one I've ever been to. The two guys who usually work there deserve employee of the year awards every year. They are the friendliest and best food service workers I have ever encountered and they make the perfect sub every time. It's the best part of my week when I go in and see them and get my spicy italian footlong.
The person behind the counter, was not sure of himself and was not aware of the menu.
This store has excellent service. The two gentlemen working that evening were very attentive and friendly.
I did have a 5* review until this evening. At 8:33 I walked up and the door was locked. The employee came out from the back of the shop and shook her head no to indicate they were closed. Both Subway and Dollar General were playing games this evening at 8:33-8:48..
Staff is amazing and very interactive. Restaurant is so clean. Really enjoyed our subway.
Nice quick service. Was very clean. Its located in a strip mall so no drive thru but walking in was ok.. My sandwich was great!! They were very busy when I visited. It was around the lunch rush. I thought once I walked in that the wait was going to be very long. I am pleased to share with you that I was in and out of the Subway in a very timely manner.. Having said all that I will visit this location again when I'm in the area.
The service was very friendly, but the sandwich leaves a lot to be desired. Here's a side-by-side of what I got vs what they advertise. Basically, no chicken in the Buffalo Chicken sandwich.
This place wants you to wear a mask! After all that we’ve been through and they still demand you wear a mask to order!! How backwards can you be?? They definitely are NOT following the science!! Absurdity and ignorance at its finest!
The staff here were awesome. Very friendly and enthusiastic and they hustled! I wasn't the first in line when I came in, but I was in and out in no time. And my sub sandwich was good with plenty of ingredients!
