I love this place! Me and my family went here and we had an incredible server. Her names was auburn. She got our food out fast and got it correct the first time. We did not need anything from her because she was too quick to get it. I would recommend her if y’all go out to eat. The food was great! Oysters are yummy and the shrimp it so good. Definitely going back! Again, thanks to the service and wonderful food. My experience here was amazing!
Food is amazing…. Wife and I ate every last wonderful tasty bite… Everything was good but I will add the “Fried Catfish” was my favorite part along with the pieces of shrimp in the slaw… The only reason for the 4 star rating and not 5 star, is the portions were small for a dinner plate which left us somewhat hungry after dinner.I highly recommend!!!
Me and my family went to the shrimp basket last Sunday. We had the wonderful server. Her name was auburn. She was attentive,fast and very friendly. Surprisingly a great place!!!We enjoyed the All You Can Eat boiled shrimp and we were really happy.The only issue we had was that we couldn’t enjoy the happy hour prices because the place was busy and they only had one waitress and it took him longer to get our check and the happy our time passed before he could charge the right amount.
I am not one to post reviews. However, I most definitely did not enjoy my meal here. The seafood queso appetizer tastes like canned cheese with a handful of salt thrown in it. I also had fries with my main meal and they were terrible. They tasted like someone threw them in garbage juice and put them back onto the plate. The grease was visibly old and I began to literally gag. I suggest the restaurant invests in a deep cleaning of EVERYTHING. Top to bottom. Please. I would not anyone to get sick.
The service was great. Although my order was to go, the wait staff was very courteous and helpful. I wanted the clam basket, but they no longer offer it. Had catfish basket. My fish was a little soggy and unseasoned. Did not enjoy. I tip the waiter any way because she deserved it.
I ordered the seafood basket. The stuffed clam was dark but not burnt, the fried oysters seem to be fried in old grease but not burnt. They are usually golden brown. The catfish was good. The shrimp was not golden brown. Fried in old grease.
A nice surprise. I was afraid being called the shrimp basket meant all fried food and usually even if it had grilled shrimp it would be not so good. This was not true of this place. The seasoned grilled shrimp was excellent! Wonderful flavor and cooked perfectly and the waitresses delivered fast and friendly service .
The food was delicious and tasty,The waitresses were excellent, I had the Shrimp Basket, it was soooo good, I couldn't eat all of it,and I brought it home! I will be going back to eat soon ?
It's 80th birthday celebration for my mother. the food, family, and friends was wonderful. Everything was hot and delicious. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and outstanding customer service. Thank you for making my mom Birthday so special.
