I came before work just to find out no one showed up to work this morning. Maybe you guys should open later so your employees actually show up.
VERY expensive and VERY slow
I usually go to the Planet Smoothie in Inverness, which is amazing, but I was in the neighborhood of the location on Oxmoor so I stopped in there. I was told this location is not owned by the same people, and boy could I tell!I ordered the Grape Ape as I usually do. The guy made it and it was awful! It tasted like peanut butter. I took it back inside and he had not rinsed the mixer out before he made my fruity smoothie. So he rinsed the pitcher and remade it. Peanut butter was still running down the outside of the pitcher. The smoothie was still not so great. He told me that the other place used artificial sweetener and they don't. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this location.
I love planet smoothie. I've been getting smoothies here for many years and will continue.
Convenience and friendly
The smoothies here are great. The customer service is terrible and every time I decide to give this store another chance and go in hoping for better service I get even more disappointed. Could use better customer service.
They will be happy to make you what ever you like.
They only put half the yogurt and bananas that the other planet smoothie does in alabaster and more ice
My family wasr greeted. The young lady was sitting and using her phone. She acted as though we were interrupting her. She yelled "What do you want!" was enough for us to walk out without buying anything, we will not be back.
