I stopped at the store on lakeshore this morning which is not my first time, it was okay that they didn't have the sausage burrito, but this is not the first time I've ordered the gravy biscuit and it seems like everytime I get the gravy biscuit,the biscuit is so hard you can't eat, they don't have to worry about me every stopping at that store again thanks for nothing I feel like always give my money away when I stop at the lakeshore store,I gave them one star,because I was not able to give anything lower
My wife and I went between 10-11pm and the service was slow and a bit unprofessional. They didn't have certain menu items in stock and they didn't get my order right. I had to circle back around and get back in a slow moving line to fix my order. By the time I got back to the window, my food was warm and it wasn't really good. It actually gave me an upset stomach. It'll be a while before my wife and I go back.
Drive thru we asked for a. Number 1 egg mc muffin meal through that is what we paid for no receipt was given and .they were rude about it. No customer service
My food tasted like old grease (yes I know it's fast food, worked in it for many years) and when I asked for a receipt (for business purposes) I sat in the drive thru for over 10 mins because EVERY employee disappeared. I didn't know it would be such a problem.
Only the drive through was open whic was fine. Placed our order and was on our way in about 2 minutes.
Customer service isn't the worst I've seen. The fries are unfortunately always either over cooked or cooking in old oil. I always go at lunch time.
Got food pretty fast, was up at a late hour and still had great service. 100/10
Ordered a breakfast meal. Was charged for the wrong item. Was overcharged and not given a refund or my receipt back after the transaction.
There was only one man working there at 3Am. I commend him. He didn't get my order wrong and had at least 10- 15 cars.That's good service.?
