I went up to the drive thru, never heard anyone say anything for several minutes. Then I said hello, no response, few minutes later said hello again, no response. Finally had to leave and the lady at the window just stared at me with her sullen face as I drove away. So she knew I was waiting for her to take my order but she was ignoring me. But it turned out good because I went to Hardee's and saved $2 . This isn't the only time the service was poor. Will not go to this McDonald's again.
You do you. Don’t let me stop you. But taking 25 minutes to make my order because you’re outside “doing you”? Unacceptable. If you wanna work…work. If you wanna “do you” on the patio with five cars in the drive thru waiting…then stay home. You don’t get paid to “do you.” And if you’re going to make me wait 25 minutes, at least give me hot food.

We are temporary stranded waiting on car repair. McDonalds was there and in business. We walked in because that’s all we could do. Management chased us out. We walked across Greensprings Highway to the donut shop for breakfast. No more McDs
I made a mobile order and I did curbside pickup. I waited like 30 minutes to get my order and I got tired of waiting so I decided to go through the drive thru and they told me that they didn’t have my order and that they can’t do anything even tho I already got charged for it. I’m never going back. I always have issues there
I was in the outside lane of the drive through. One car was in the inside lane. That car and two others were waited on. Finally, a voice comes over the speaker asking me to hold, please. The car behind me pulled off. Then they waited on a fourth car. I left, too. I wouldn't have waited as long as I did, but curiosity got the better of me. The last time I went there and WAS able to get waited on, I got room temperature food. Never again.
We had to wait longer than normal for our food but the food turned out to be good.
Never come here. I was traveling my kids starving. Person taking the order was nice, the lady who gave me my food was so rude. I kept saying thank u and she ignored me, and then she had me pull up for 24 minutes for a freaking sweet tea. Then my iced mocha I ordered was vanilla and she got mad when I asked for a refund for the wrong coffee she made and said she didn’t have time I’d have to pull around and re order for her to fix my coffee. And my kids happy meals had no fries or apples just the nuggets. Food was cold and nasty and so were the workers ??♀️
Place an order at the drive-thru. I ordered a combo number 3. I paid for the item was told to drive around the other side of the building to pick it up after 5 minutes. After I drove off I've been into it in the bread was hard as a brick you good even bite into it. I took it back and after three or four people put their hands on it they asked me what I wanted to do? So I said nothing and I just took the item and threw it in the parking lot. I wasted $10 and I will never be back
