We stopped in Homewood AL Dunkin. Amazing service and the best coffee I have ever had at a Dunkin!!
Stay far away! Location is a Joke! After standing at the front door for a few minutes wondering why the 2 employees on their phones laughing wouldn't say what was going on. No sign was anywhere to say lobby was closed. Seeing cars in the drive thru I then realized the lobby was closed and proceeded to the drive thru. I just wanted 2 old fashion donuts with a little side of the cinnamon sugar mix. Both employees said as rude a possible you should find somewhere else cause we don't do that here. I asked you don't provide customers condiments when needed.. They just shrugged their shoulders like oh well.. I've never ever seen such a sorry bunch of hospitality workers in my life. Never again!
Tried to go inside and lobby was not open. It was 7:30 in the morning. The 3 workers tried to pretend they didn’t see us after we stood there a bit and even after we knocked. Then one finally did a waving motion letting us know we had to go through the drive thru. We walked from across the street so didn’t have the car to do that. The need to put a sign up saying it’s not open inside.
One word: DON’TVery much heirarchy vibesIf you’re looking for excellent customer service, this isn’t it. They don’t care. Plain and simple. You’d be better going to Starbucks instead of wasting your money here.Oh and don’t work here unless you want to be ripped off from your money.Don’t bother trying to contact management because they won’t answer unless it’s convenient them. Professionalism does not exist here. I have receipts.
This location is terrible they coffee is always horrible no matter what I've ordered it's horrible. Never will return
Went to go get donuts in the morning, they were out of glazed donuts. How does a donut place run out of glazed donuts in the morning? Then I asked for marble donuts instead and they put that down on the order, what I received was not marble donuts but caramel donuts.
They do not have the lobby open which I hate but not the end of the world. I never know what to order because everything I want seems to be discontinued or it’s not available. I asked the man on the speaker what he suggested and the drink he suggested I ended up ordering. Gotta say it’s my new favorite and will probably get it going forward. The woman at the drive thru window wasn’t friendly and seemed to act like I was bothering her. The man I ordered with was very friendly.
Extremely slow due to short staff. Manager not interested in provided good quality customer service to the public. Refused to allow customers inside of store even after Covid regulations allowed it. When I questioned the integrity of their work to provide good customer service she am just laughed. Would not recommend coming to this particular Dunkin. They can do better.
the worst dunkin’ i’ve ever been too. my drink LITERALLY has no coffee in it at all. it’s all milk creamer and caramel. my doughnut is rock hard and shattered when i banged it against the counter. burnt a half and inch deep into the whole doughnut. surprised bc i always have good experiences. won’t visit this location ever again.
Dunkin' donuts is just Dunkin' donuts they're delicious. Got great coffee, but I guess the coffee so good because of the sweeteners they put in
