By far the best experience at Cicis. Came in with my girlfriend who has never tried Cicis, and the operator personally made a special request pizza and dessert for us to try. The store was very clean and all of the food on the line was hot and fresh. Everyone was very friendly and made sure our wants and needs were met. 10/10 for every single aspect of this restaurant.
This place was discussing, when I took my son here for his birthday we went around lunch time. The food was ok and reasonably priced however the area we sat at was very filthy. It looked as if they did not mop the floor or swept due to the fact there was hair in the corner where we sat. Other than that no complaints friendly staff, just wished it was cleaner.
We used to love cicis! Going back there, we had very high standards! Come to find out that it sucks. The pizza was super cold, and they had the same 3 pizzas coming out.Lastly, they didn't have their iconic brownies! The cinnamon rolls were HARD!! Don't expect us back as customers
Absolutely terrible. We came and paid like $8 per person and not a slice of pizza on the bar. Then to make matters worse, the staff had attitudes about anyone wanting/waiting for pizza(the audacity of the customer wanting what they paid for) restaurants get busy and hectic and I get the frustration but it is still your job to provide what the customer is paying for and without any attitude. I could see if the customer had an attitude but that was not the case. If I could give zero stars I would.
I would NOT recommend coming to this Cici’s. I use to come here back in 2020 but the workers now does not care about sanitation or hygiene. I could not find one worker that was wearing gloves. I witnessed workers touching different body parts then touched the pizzas. One worker made a whole pizza and was sprinkling the cheese on the pizza with no gloves. The main reason why this disturbed me was because I know when cooking with long fingernails that could transfer bacteria to food. Also, a costumer should not have to ask them to clean off a table. They should already be clean. I see why there’s a sign that says NO REFUNDS. Just disgusted at what I witnessed.
I did the buffet and there was only two pizza out for serving which had been sitting out a good while. They were cold and dry. I'm a no meat person and I didn't get much of anything for my money. Because they continued to cook meat pizza so I did a request and it was just ok.
On 3-20-2022 I took my boys and some of their friends out to have dinner it was so horrible they didn’t have no food the floor and tables was very nasty they didn’t have any paper towels and it was a bug in the ranch dressing.. We also ordered some wings it took forever to get them and then they was wrong? I talked to the managers about my complaints.. All she said was sorry about the bug and kids don’t wanna come to work.. I will NEVER go again ??
Worst Cicis I have ever been to. No Napkins, forgot to give us our drink cups, floor was so sticky and disgusting you can hear it every step you take, tables were disgusting, and there were no utensils. They never attempted to clean or restock anything.But I could still feel fine about the experience after all that... IF there was pizza on the buffet. There was almost never any pizza on the buffet and the employees don't care. Whether it's about putting out pizzas, about cleaning, about restocking, about caring how frustrating this is for customers who already paid for the buffet.
Love Cicis But They Never Have A Full Bar Of Pizza. I Guess Cause They're Always Busy.
Nastiest place to ever go. Came here all of the pizza on the buffet was OLD! Flys we’re flying all over the old pizza . And the staff was fixing pizza with NO GLOVES while touching everything else & I didn’t see anyone wash their hands .
