Pulled up and thought they were closed at 7pm. No service at the door, servers just sitting on their phone, place was filthy. The picture I posted literally sat there the entire time we were eating. The amount of dirty glasses sitting on the bar were too many to count. We were pressed on time after a HS graduation is the only reason we stayed to eat.
First visit was great but this second one was awful. After a rather long wait my ranch burger arrived without any ranch.I was very disappointed ☹️

We have been going to Chili's for a very long time mainly in Florida where it seems like there is one on every corner. We have been to the Homewood location during the day, using the drive thru, and twice dining in on 4/1/22 and 4/8/22. What a difference a week makes on 4/1 we couldn't get drinks in a timely manner and our food took forever to arrive. The place was packed and the bartender was having to cover the bar area and surrounding tables. She looked frazzled! I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and the garlic bread was missing. They said it was coming but it never did. While the pasta was good it wasn't as spicy as it had been in the past. I didn't realize you could add 12 shrimp to this which I will have to try in the future. On 4/8 it wasn't as crowded and our drinks were delivered very quickly. Our bartender LaDarius was outstanding. With our order in for a mushroom burger and a house salad it wasn't long before they arrived. The burger was a lot larger than I remember it being but it was awesome. The house salad looked really good and my wife made quick work of it. For dessert we decided on the Molten Chocolate cake and it comes in two sizes so if you are full from your meal the smaller version is the way to go!
My server rocked! But she was one of only 3 in a busy restaurant... they need help... so many jobs available and people still wanna be unemployed! I don't understand! Anyway.. thanks
I have to commend the staff, there were two people on staff working the entire restaurant and they did a fantastic job! The food came out on time, there was never an empty glass. I am so impressed with the staff and the food. Excellent job!
Super slow service, inattentive staff. At one point it looks like the cook had to come o it and seat patrons because there was a wait to be seated and probably 60-70% of the tables were empty. My naked chicken “crispers” were soggy and wet to the touch. Won’t be coming back
I have had to eat at some pretty poor Chili’s in airports before - but this was the worst. We arrived late to our hotel in the neighborhood. Needed a quick bite to eat and figured Chili’s would be better than the other fast food in area. Place had only a few tables eating, but we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, which is probably a result of labor shortage. Better than 1/2 the tables in place were still cluttered with dishes from earlier diners. Waitress was nice enough, but took forever to get drinks and even longer to get a meal. The restroom was disgusting and you could tell the kitchen staff were all screwing around with rest of staff in back prep area. Would rather eat at the Wendy’s or Subway in neighborhood.
I am very disappointed in my order. I placed an order today January 27th 23 online for the Lakeshore Location in Homewood Al, and the order had it's own customization. I have pictures to substantiate my dissatisfaction of my order. I do not like soggy bread so I don't like condiments places on my sandwich, so I requested to have items on the side.. I don't like tomatoes on a warm sandwich so I don't ask for tomatoes. I didn't get any barbeque sauce for either sandwich. I paid for extra bacon on all sandwiches were they come with six so where are the extras for each sandwich.
It literally took a long long time before we got our food. I ordered the sizzling fajitas, which was not sizzling when it got to the table. The waitress said she would bring us chips and salsa when we first arrived, and never did.It was terrible, The cajun pasta was dry, it was just not good at all.
