Worst Chick-filA ever…every since the rebuild this location has gone downhill. They are extremely slow…the employees are not polite at all and the food is horrible. I got my son the chicken nuggets and he spits it out immediately. They tasted like burnt grease. Who’s managing this place now? Needs new employees inside and out. I will drive a little further for better food and service.
After ordering online and waiting 20 min we finally got our meal. Since we are used to Chick Fila never messing up an order of ours we left without checking. So yes our mistake for assuming they could fulfill an order. In the end we were missing all our fries and condiments. I’m not sure if it’s the quality of people working due to it being in Birmingham or the lack of training but this was uncharacteristically a poor visit.
I would normally give a better review of chic fil a but this one in particular was very busy and unlike every other one of their establishments I have ever been to them getting you in and out was not a priority to them the food was subpar at best especially to have been as busy as they were. Because the bread on our chicken minis was dried and toasty when toasty isn't even something that should come to mind when ordering this particular menu item, so after sitting in their drive through line for as long as we did around 12 minutes and getting out and away from the traffic jam they had going on I pulled of to a less busy location right across the road ro eat my chicken nuggets i ordered that turned out to be pretty hard themselves. So this was a great disappointment at best.
Customer service is non existent here. I got my food in 5 minutes which is no problem. I stood in the corner waiting on my drinks 10 minutes after I got my food waiting on someone to help me get my drinks. No one asked what I was waiting on and didn't even acknowledge me. Please avoid this chick FIL a if possible. I definitely won't be back.
This visit was good but I think it should have been more friendly. It should have been more smiling and more friendly service.
Just like every other chickfila fast, foods perfect all around the best fast food experiences.
At 9:45AM with less than 10 cars in the Drive Thru, they still had us pull around and park to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for our food. Eventually I went inside and asked for our order and a staffer grabbed it from a row of orders that were just sitting there on the counter.Chick-Fil-A has mastered the logistics of the Drive Thru and of providing high quality food faster than their competition. Except at this location. This Chick-Fil-A has the reputation for being the worst run Chick-Fil-A in town and despite the rebuild and remodel it does not disappoint. The legacy continues. It’s like if you sold Chick-Fil-A food at an Arbys or Burger King.
Took forever to get our order. Slow, didn’t seem to care. No thanks no hello nothing . We love chikfila but they need to do better as the new staff, service, sucks.
This chick fil a just reopened after being closed for a while and we decided to go. We went through the drive thru and 6-7 workers were all huddled together in the drive thru line talking to each other and not taking orders. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a nugget meal and they only gave us one fry and instead of a 12 piece nugget it only came with 8 and we were charged for the full amount. At the window, they were doing the same thing talking with each other instead of giving out orders. Terrible experience.
They’re finally back open and still fast and delicious. I always have a great experience at this location.
