Buyer beware: May charge a lot extra! Shop from the app only!I bought two sandwiches and a drink that after tax, were supposed to be about $17.50 according to the app. I was told to pay about $26.20. I asked if this was correct (I knew it wasn't) and the employee said yes. They didn't give me a receipt, of course.I wonder who took the extra money? Was this a management directive? Either way, shame on this location. At least the downtown location does honest business.

I just want to start off by saying DO NOT EAT AT THIS ARBYS. They will not give you all your food. We ordered through DoorDash (not DoorDash’s fault) 3 combo meals and only ONE sandwich and 2 fries and the mozzarella sticks made it to our house. Do we not quality check or make sure everything on the ticket makes it in the bag? Is it that hard? We paid for 3 whole meals and received less than $15 out of $37 worth of the food and drink we paid for. Awful service, I certainly hope the manager of this establishment trained their employees better than this and if they didn’t, either pay your employees more or hire more people. Maybe then they will care enough to make sure that orders are correct. Also, if you’re too busy to do your job, stop accepting DoorDash orders. Btw the food wasn’t any good once it get here, it was cold and tasted old.

Arbys is always a good choice when you want a quick bite thats fresh and consistent.

Used the drive-thru. Attendant was very professional and pleasant. My order was filled quickly and correctly.

Above and beyond service from Aubrey at the Arbys drive thru! Her friendly attitude made what usually is a forgettable exchange to something rememberable. Her friendly attitude will help bring customers back. I would’ve never known it was her only 2nd week on the job if she hadn’t told us! Keep up the hospitality!

Great tasting selections available here but to say that the staff are quite disorganized is an understatement!

I’ve eaten twice at this location in the past 3 weeks. The first time I got a beef and cheddar. It was not edible. It was raw and chewy. I decided to give them another try. I got the brisket sandwich. It probably has an entire jar of mayonnaise on it. As much fat as meat. The most disgusting food I’ve eaten in a while. I’ll never eat here again. Maybe not Arbys at all. People have gotten lazy and care nothing about quality. I understand it’s fast food. But, do good with what you have. The meat may not be top quality but I don’t expect that. I went through the drive thru this am. to pick up some breakfast. A very nice lady named Felicity was working. If every drive thru experience was like this one, I would go more often. Thank you Felicity for making my morning a little brighter.

They need to shut this place down and fire all the incompetent people working there. I would not recommend a dog eating at this establishment and interacting with the majority of the staff. I know many employers are lacking workers but having employees that's just there and not offering customer service will quickly have this location shut down due to the employees. People work to hard for their money to patron a business where workers are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. I understand companies are short staffed. As we all are but it should not affect the quality of service as far being friendly and offering the best service you can. There rude behavior and laziness has nothing to do with shortages but is just an excuse to do a lackluster job.

This is my 2nd visit to this sorry ran establishment. I'm here to tell ya'll, don't waste your time or money at this place full of rude people. Both times I've been here, they've all been so rude, and act like it's aggravating to do their job.This trip in particular, I got 5 for 5 sliders, and the 3 roast beef sliders I got, the beef was so dry, almost as if the sandwiches were pre-made and had been sitting for hours, I refused to eat it. Not to mention that there wasn't enough meat on any of them to call a sandwich. My curly fries were not fresh. I had also ordered the 9 pc boneless wings, with a large drink, and thank goodness I checked my bag before leaving, because they forgot the crinkle fries that went with it. When I finally got to the window to get them, the guy working the window, was rude yet again. I have no receipt for either visit, due to the fact that they never handed them out. They probably don't want anyone to see that people can do the surveys at the bottom of the receipt, that has all the stores information, as well as the order number, and cashier's name. This place right here, gives "Arby's" a horrible name! This store will never get my business when I'm back in town ever again!
