Hurts my heart to give them 1 star, but my recent order was disgusting. I ordered a meatball sub. The meatballs were mushy with no seasoning. The pasta plate was salty and one of the rolls were rock hard. I ordered a slice of pizza and it tasted like school cafeteria pizza. This is way below what the food used to be.
If I could give them no stars, I would, but there wasn’t an option. The first time I came to order the chicken Alfredo, I was halfway through the dish and there was a long piece of hair in it.?. The second time coming after a long time coming, I decided to try them out and give them a second chance to redeem themselves. But was let down. After ordering the chicken Alfredo again, I looked through it to make sure there was Nonthing in it (like the 1st time) and to my dismay, there was a roach in my food. Glad that I didn’t take a bite and followed my gut instinct. I am utterly disgusted with their food. I am satisfied with my money return. But will never be returning, due to poor hygiene in cooking habits. ??
Good food but the odd gift shop shelves hurt the brand. Prices are a little on the high side and the thrift store look doesn't help with that.
Outside of presentation, the food was great
My sister and I have come for the Italian combo for several years. This time, our highly anticipated meal was disappointing. Every element of the sandwich had problems. The bread, which is normally delicious, was seriously over baked. There was very little actual meat on the sandwich. The Italian sauce was almost non existent, and the lettuce/tomato/onion was too chunky and not diced like usual. Also, it was iceberg lettuce which was flavorless on a fairly flavorless sandwich. We call the sauce with the diced veggies “Italian salsa” and we usually love it. What has happened? We paid $13 dollars each for the combo and not even the fries were edible as they were all hard, dark and over cooked as well. It was so disappointing after we drove from north of Bham to come get this food. Please get that sandwich back to its former glory. The man at the counter was very nice… I think that’s worth saying. ?
It’s NOT worth the $45. The fry’s were nasty with no seasoning and worst of all they were soggy. When you say small salad you mean extra small. Another thing is you saw it was being delivered to a hotel and yet no forks or plates! I guess we are to eat like cave men.
Called at 6:30 order two medium size pizzas. They told me 20 minutes, so I showed up at 6:50. They took my payment (45 dollars for two medium pizzas??) and told me to sit and wait, the man told me it would be another 2-3 minutes. At 7:10 I asked if it was closed to being ready, they didn’t answer and just walked to the back. I watched as the cashier, who was touching all the payment devices and countertops, picked up breadsticks barehanded and placed them on aluminum foil…he picked up a bucket of garlic butter and then used a PAINT BRUSH to brush on the butter. I finally got my two pizzas at 7:25, 35 minutes after they told me it would be ready. Totally not worth 45 dollars having to wait that long for soggy, greasy pizza. When I was handed the pizzas I asked why it took so long and he said “we have had trouble with our oven and don’t want to give customers uncooked food” WHAT??? No offer for a partial refund or further explanation. I won’t be going back here and I strongly urge you to seek better establishments such as Davenports, Pizzeria GM, or Post Office Pies for a lower cost and better service.
Love the chicken Alfredo, but pizza is so so. Quick, friendly service.
Bland watery Sauce with way too many noodles. Portion size was extremely small for the very high lunch price. $20 for watery noodles and old tea served in a coffee cup. There was a group in the back that ordered the pizza and it looked delicious. They seemed to be enjoying it. I probably should have gone with the pizza
This place changes more management than people change underwear!!! Prices went up about $4-5 more. It's junky inside, guess they trying to compete with ollie's cross the street selling toys and candy and nic nats.... I walked in, saw the prices, new management, walked out
