First time eating at Zaxby's and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was and how appetizing it looked. I'm always skeptical of fast food chicken restaurants and the quality, but the food was definitely spot on and worth it! The price was great especially for the portion sizes, you don't go home hungry!! I would definitely recommend giving it a try and will be back.
We stopped here on a whim while on vacation. Exceeded all expectations. The service was spot on and she made suggestions to improve the experience which I didn't know about. Seriously, why have I never heard that you can have your chicken fingers tossed in your preferred sauce until the visit to this location? Really seemed like everyone there was happy to work there. Well stocked and clean.
They apparently close the inside section at eight, meaning to get my order I've got to sit and wait in a 10 car line going inch by inch because nobody answers their phone for the online order pickups.Do not, if you value your time, ever order from this Zaxby's late at night. If I could've canceled my order, rather than spend ages waiting in line, I absolutely would have. There are many, better restaurants offering cheaper prices, if you're willing to wait.
Drive thru workers are rude and don’t pay attention to what they are doing. Girl at the window took my cash and didn’t give me change. Then when asked for change, she argued, never apologized for inconvenience and gave me too much change instead of correcting it properly.
I would highly recommend the chicken finger plate with no tossed sauce, it tends to lose the crispness compared to getting the sauce on the side, but with the spicy zax sauce/tongue torch sauce on the side you can't go wrong
Manager gave us good recommendations, as we had never ate here before. The fries were hot and crisp. The sandwich was wonderful!!
Yesterday 2/5 I went to Zaxbys in gulf shores to get something to eat after getting off work. I went through the drive thru and I ordered my food and the girl at the window looked moody and she gave me my food and shut the window before I can say thank you. Now that was rude as he'll. She needs more training in customer service
Came and got 8 boneless Buffalo wings. They were cold as soon as I received them. When I called to let me manager know he claimed the wings were cooked fresh for my order, it was just that the Buffalo sauce stays in the refrigerator so the sauce must have made my wings cold. What a way to throw away money.
Best fast food chicken around. I love their salads. We get them every Saturday night for supper. Drive through is very fast.
Waited in the long line at the drive thru. My food was hot fresh and delicious though! Sadly, they forgot to give me my drink and I didn't notice til I drove away :s Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful.
