Food trucks were crazy fast service. Good food and atmosphere.
The hot dogs and burgers were great! The meat at the Smoke truck was as well! And the quesadillas at the Spice truck were AMAZING! We all had something different and it was all delicious! And Frost Bites is so yummy for dessert too! The shaved ice and ice cream are equally great! All of the people/staff were so wonderful as well. Such a great atmosphere we went back twice during our trip. Kids trivia and movie the first night and a live band the second! A great safe place for the kids to run around and have fun. Ring toss, corn hole, giant checkers and jenga tower, chalk, etc! Highly recommend!
Service is very meh. Had to wait for another pizza to be made as the first was dropped.... Speaking of pizza, was basically a super expensive frozen pizza (had very little to no flavor), don't recommend.Alfredo dish was yummy and so were the garlic knots.
Our first dinner in the Gulf Shores area. Nice atmosphere with friendly staff members. Enjoyed the Baked Chicken Alfredo. Seasoned fries were really tasty. When my wife mentioned we were celebrating my birthday when checking out, they gave me a dessert to go. Seemed a little pricey, but probably normal for a resort area.
The burger is one of the best I’ve had!!
We arrived at 8:30pm on Sunday 3/20/22, after driving 14 hours from out of state. We were tired and hungry and wanted to find a place close to our rental house out near Fort Morgan. Internet stated a closing time of 9pm, hours posted on the door said 9pm. We were willing to just get carryout so that we weren't there past their closing time. We walked in, walked up to the hostess stand, and stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be spoken to. Another family came in after us, asked if we had been helped yet, and went over to the bar to ask about getting seated. She was told that they "stopped seating at 8:30". Several employees walked by us while we were standing there and no one said a word. No sign about their "stop seating" policy. They just let us stand there. Is that the way you treat people? Do you have no common courtesy? We left. And I refused to go back again the entire vacation, even though it was the closest restaurant to us and the food looked and smelled delicious. I would be darned if they were going to get one red cent out of me after treating customers that shabbily.
Long wait for a hostess but seated quickly. Watched three other tables (seated after us) be waited on and we still were not acknowledged. Made eye contact with the manager three times and still not acknowledged by waitstaff. After 35 minutes, we are making our own dinner. Really disappointing, as that restaurant serves the Beach Club guests. We are here for 7 days and won't be returning.
Arcade sucked (half the games don’t work, change machine doesn’t work, pool table missing 5 of 11 balls), bar sucked (bar tender let us sit there 10 mins without taking an order [took care of his buddies]), ice cream shop employee was rude and had an attitude seemingly of hating his life. This place in my first opinion is not worth it. Employees are ruining this venue, they are by far “half ass”!!!
I popped in while staying in Doral 102 twice during my stay at The Beach Club. First Night I got the hamburger with bacon and cheese with the fries to go. Grabbed it and ate in my condo. The next time I decided to dine in and I had a fabulous bacon tomato and lettuce sandwich. Got a draft beer both times and everybody was so friendly and the service was great!! I highly recommend! They even had live music on the Friday night!!
This is a great place to watch a game. Plenty of space and lots of TVs. They have a good beer list and the bar food is good. I had the Mushroom Swiss burger and it did not disappoint. French fries were very crispy and fresh out of the fryer. Service was friendly and quick. It was off season so not very busy. Only complaint is beers were served in plastic instead of glass, but I got over it pretty quick.
