Our family is visiting the beach from out of town and wanted to order pizza from a local, well reviewed pizza place. We had difficulty ordering when we called. The person on the line was rude and we were hung up on. We called again and finally got our order through. We ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. My family raved about the pepperoni saying it was the best they ever had. However, the cheese pizza was terrible! It tasted like a cheap frozen pizza that had been burned. This place gets only 2 stars for me because of the rude staff and only one edible pizza. I'm so very disappointed.
Food was great. Only issue we had was that we ordered delivery and the person who took the order told us 30-45 minutes. And after an hour, we called back with no answer about 3 times. They were very busy at this point. After about 1.5 hours the pizza was finally delivered. But did not disappoint! The delivery driver was very apologetic and explained that they had a new person working. Very professional and polite. Food was worth the wait, and I would be giving 5 stars if they would have told us up front that it would be about 1.5 hours for delivery!
This is the best pizza I have had outside of IMO’s pizza in St.Louis. The crust was thin and perfect, the taste was amazing. I live about 15 mi away but will get this pizza every time. Thanks ! The staff was nice and polite. They messed up the first pizza but started cooking the second one right away. I won’t hold that against them, things happen!!
We’ve been vacationing in Gulf Shores twice a year for the last 7 years. I’m not sure how we haven’t tried this yet, but this place is SO good! The salad was so fresh, we ended up going back for another after we finished the first. We ordered 3 pizzas and we couldn’t stop sharing because they were all great! I have 4 small kids ages 7,5,4, and 1. When we walked in, there was no other customers there and they had some music playing pretty loud, but not loud enough that they wouldn’t have been able to hear us order. Without even thinking, they turned it down as soon as they saw the kids. We wouldn’t have minded either way, but I thought that said a lot about the workers and really appreciated the gesture. We will definitely be back, and we will definitely be recommending this place!

My sister and I decided to eat lunch here at the Surfside Pizza in Orange Beach. It was very good. It was freshly cooked and tasted amazing. We work really close by and we will be eating here at least weekly. Thank you Jeremy for the wonderful service.
Woweee! Their chicken bacon ranch pizza is probably the BEST pizza we’ve ever eaten. Service was good! Ice cream was a tasty dessert. Thanks Surfside crew!
Starting with food - really good pizza. Thin crust square cut, think Chicago tavern style and you're close. Good amount of cheese and toppings, baked well and reasonably priced.The staff is kept pretty busy, but keep it together pretty well. I wouldn't be happy smiley dealing with tourists all day either.The reasons for 3 stars are for one specific counter worker, an older woman with a gray ponytail. She was obviously having a very bad day, and it showed in her lack of caring. Other staff made up for her but she was snapping at customers and not entering orders correctly (we got wrong toppings, wasn't worth the wait to get it corrected).I recommend eating here! It's really really good pizza. You need to plan your stop to allow plenty of time, the estimates they give at checkout are pretty optimistic (we were told 20, it was 50 minutes). Also be sure to stick around the registers, they do not call your name very loudly at all when it's ready.
Medium pizza and 8 wings. Pizza was perfect and wings were awesome. Entire crew working there were extremely nice and got food out quickly (for a Saturday night on the beach). I will definitely be buying here again!
Working on West Beach doesn’t give you much options for lunch but I remembered this place was recommended to me so I called and ordered a pizza! It was delicious! Just the right amount of toppings and was hot and fresh! Thought about taking a picture after we ate it all, so I will go back and get another pizza and add photos, that’s right, I will be back!
