Nasty nasty nasty. Owner uses food products that have not been stored properly. Ex: cheese and lunch meat over 70 degrees. Cambris are never changed out on line moldy food in bottom. Under pans on front line is a bunch of slime water that smells terrible. I have pictures and reports from health dept where i contacted them. Do not go here u will get ill from the nastiness.

Stopped by here for lunch with my family. I asked for ranch on the side instead of it being on the sandwich, I was told, "On the sandwich its free but on the side its 75 cents." I literally laughed. The two people working need help in customer services skills. Once we sat, my daughter went to get us straws not knowing we had already got them. The women working was throwing her arms around because my daughter got more straws, pointing and causing a scene to the guy working with her. We kindly told our daughter we had them and she placed them back. Needless to say, I'm all about saving money but yikes.
Not very pleased with service here at Subway in Gulf shores Al only had 1 water cup and they wanted to charge us 2. Dollars for a small cup very ridiculous will not buy from this Subway no more very rude people
Great services with only two employees working. This is a very busy place and the employees always had a smile and creates our order quickly. Everywhere you go right now is busy with vacation people ans no one willing to work.
Worst experience ever. Horrible customer service and I got a sandwich made as a salad and it's not even 5 bites worth of food. Staff barely listened to instructions and rushed us through. I will not be returning.
I have ordered online 2x from this subway. Both times they got my order completely wrong. I had ordered a protein bowl, and received a sandwich instead. When I brought it to the attention of one of the employees, she decided to get mad and tell me they don't make protein bowls there... when it was clearly on the menu!!!! The employees there are just straight up lazy as hell!! This is by far the worst subway I have ever been too. Horrible horrible horrible service and attitude from the entire staff there.
DONT GO HERE. I placed an online and they were refusing to give me my order then they were refusing to give me my chips. I don’t know maybe they thought we were trying to steal. There is a language barrier because they don’t speak English every well, but that’s not the problem, the problem is when they get mad cause I can’t understand them.
Despite the reviews I came here to give them the benefit of the doubt. My bread had mold on it, all of the veggies and condiments were not chilled in the cooler but rather sitting on top of the counter in the open so they were warm, nobody said anything to me other than how much my total was and if I wanted to add a tip, and tables were dirty. Not sure if they were just having a bad day?
