i ordered a matcha latte and i just got a latte. then when i told the girl working that it was wrong she told me that she wouldn’t remake it and “all she heard was latte”. Then she told me i would have to get back and line, after already waiting for 30 minutes, and to pay again for what i ordered in the first place. disappointed in customer service and that i waited 30 minutes for something i didn’t order.
I get refreshers frequently, and I got one here that was 90 percent water. Wouldn't recommend stopping at this particular Starbucks if you can help it. There's another ten minutes down the road in Target that you should go to instead.
They were fast and so friendly helped me alot....everything was great cake pops, banana nut bread, lemon loaf and of course the latte... it was delicious ?
The workers are super nice and very fast! I was very pleased with my drink too, great cup of coffee!

starbucks has always been awesome for coffee, i love it myself. most of my reviews are positive (aswell as some are weird because they were from 4 years ago when i was 9) but this one loses a star, i'm visiting from wisconsin but alabama is nice, their starbucks employee was quick with her stuff and was very nice! she gave us a free drink because she messed up the first order which was okay and thats why i'm giving it a 4. very nice, pacient, and helpful. i'm glad about the free drink so thank you!
Never go wrong with a good cup of coffee
Great service..great tasting drinks ....even though there was just 2 ladies behind counter and a line longer than you see at the one open register at walmart. They did a great job...kudos to both of them . STARBUCKS /TARGET these ladies need a raise !!! STARBUCKS customers make sure you leave a tip!!!
the guy at the front needs to make sure the drinks are written correctly so the baristas are not confused and unsure
