Used the app to order my sandwich around 10 am for a 1:45 pickup since I was using my lunch hour to drive over to that area and back. Walked in to pick up my pre-ordered and prepaid sandwich only to find it wasn't done. The 2 teen girls looked at each other and said we don't have it, did you call it in? I replied no I used the app. One girl reached over and checked the screen and said oh we don't get notifications hardly ever and when we do it takes like an hour or longer. So they then proceeded to make my sandwich. Four trips to the back for the ingredients and 15 minutes later I had my sandwich. No urgency, no efficiency, not even remotely apologetic. Disappointed
Came for coffee this morning. They have a great variety, cute little shop, and good coffee. This place is a plus for me because they have sugar free flavors, too. Their bushwhacker coffee tastes just like a bushwhacker. Nice staff. We'll be back!

Very friendly coffee shop where they roast their own beans on a custom made roaster. Lots of flavors, free taste testing. The cold brew was extremely smooth and full of flavor.The shop is off the beaten path which is what I have discovered to be the better coffee. Great customer service. The owner was very nice and talked about the process to make the different coffees. The bushwacker and chocolate orange coffee are amazing.
I’ve been to this location several times for a delicious coffee since I live right behind it and without failure, there’s this one girl (brown, wavyish hair) who always acts like it’s the end of the world to help her customers. I get the simplest order every time and she is so rude! It’s not just directed towards me either she has an attitude with everyone. It’s just disappointing because regardless of how many times I go there the service is awful when she’s in. I kept coming back because everyone has a bad day now and then but it wasn’t the case with her. Everyone else is usually really great. I don’t know how she still has a job there, but I’ll be taking my business literally anywhere else.
This adorable coffee shop is my favorite! It’s always a pleasant and friendly experience at Southern Shores coffee!! Whether I’m the first customer of the day or the last, the quality and service is always excellent! I have slowly become a regular and love being a part of supporting this local business!! They even have a points system to earn rewards for being a customer!! The staff are super sweet people! If you love coffee, and kindness this should be your new daily stop!! Prices are also very reasonable!! And the variety of drinks & flavors is outstanding!!
First of all I love good coffee so I was excited to find this place while vacationing in gulf shores. I walked in and it looked like the the workers were hustling trying to put together orders . They were not friendly or attentive in any matter. There was a small shelf of coffee so I grabbed one wanting to get out of the place. Unfortunately I grabbed one called banana foster. One of the worst coffees I ever tasted, had a strong chemical taste which I guess was the banana. The bag had no mention of the roast or when the coffee was roasted. If your looking for a fancy whip cream drink maybe this place is good. But if you like good coffee, pour over or French press I would skip it.
I had to do some lab work so I could have my usual cup of coffee before I went in. This gem of a coffee shop is across the courtyard. The staff is so nice. I decided to try the “bushwacker” coffee and it did not disappoint!! I highly recommend!!
