I know times are hard right now with finding people to work. I get that! We are locals and just left here. We order ed 2 caramel frappes. They were both only half filled. 2 icees they weren’t filled either. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. It didn’t have the sauce on it. The fries were half filled as well and still partly frozen. Chicken nuggets weren’t cooked all the way either. Called and spoke with management she literally sat there silent. I asked her if she was going to respond and she said I’m sorry and hung up!!! This is completely ridiculous!!
Edit: Just read other reviews and realized this is standard for this store! Whatever makes a $ I guess! What I witnessed tonight at this location is what gives restaurants and their employees bad names. If your in charge of this place or the owner you should roll the footage back between 9:50 and 10:50 last night. Hope the $'s that were made was worth the horrible customer service due to lack of staff or lack of a team with work ethic. Whichever the reason may be! The icing on the cake was the employee walking out and cussing at management for not knowing how to do their job and threatening to call the police.If you do visit this restaurant just wait an hour in the drive thru it is shorter than online ordering with curbside pick up.
Not uncommon for drive thru to have customers "pull up" only to forget the customer's order. Or to leave someone waiting at the counter for a half hour or more (when there are no other customers in line) and then ignore said customer when they inquire regarding the excessive wait. The food quality is excellent and the orders are correct, but the lack of any sense of urgency by the team members is unexcusable.
Worst experience at a McDonald's I've ever had. My girlfriend was ahead of me, it took at least 10 minutes before someone took her order. Well they took her order and disappeared into the back. 12 minutes later someone finally came to the counter to take my order. I got my food nearly 10 minutes after I ordered. Overall we were there for nearly 50 minutes waiting for a couple cheeseburgers, fries, and drinks.Also at the same time, there was a woman in the drive thru came in asking for her order. She said she had been at the window and was told to pull forward. After waiting 20 minutes, she walks inside with her receipt asking for her food. An employee said she would take care of it and took the receipt into the kitchen. The lady went back outside to her car to wait as I was waiting for my food. After another 10 minutes the lady came back in and asked the manager where her food was. The manger asked for a receipt and the woman told her someone had taken the receipt into the kitchen. Then the manager said she couldn't help her if she didn't have a receipt. Then they started yelling at each other and that is when we left.
Never get anything right, order a #7 (2 cheeseburger meal) and I don’t even get cheese.. I mean I don’t expect Chick Fil A standards from McDonald’s but I do expect the right food especially when I order straight off the menu with zero special requests. You’re also lucky if you order a Happy Meal and receive the drink with it. ? they should close this place and open a Taco Bell or something better
This is my favorite McDonald's of all time. If I lived closer I would absolutely come here every day. Employees and staff are very nice. They always get my order right, place is very clean aswell as staff are very quick at there job. I always recommend this specific McDonald's to everyone.
Both window teammates were extremely nice. The smile alone at the 2nd window made me leave there with a smile. I could tell she was busy but yet she stopped long enough to smile and say have a great day. I love it when people can cheer others up with a simple smile.
We waited for 20 minutes in the second lane after a worker had directed traffic into this lane. Our order along with several others was not taken. We eventually went up to the window and ordered a large coffee. We were greeted with a rude worker at the window saying that we were in the wrong. Terrible customer service.
The first cashier was very friendly and kind to me and my daughter. She gave him a piece of sour candy and said it was the daily challenge to eat it. Second gentleman was very short and they made us park and we sat forever. Literally was in drive thru and waiting for food of a total of 40 mins
I stop here 2 or 3 times a week. These are some of the rudest people working that I've seen in a long time. Drive thru experience makes me feel like a burden on the workers. This entire year not one person has said thank you from the person taking my order to the person handing the food through the window. They take your money and slam the window. The big guy at the food window hands your bag and barely makes sure you have hold of it before he let's go then turns around. No thank you nothing. As a teen I worked at 3 different fast foods and was required to at least say thank you when an order was placed then again when food was offered. Food prep has a lot to ne desired too. Cheeseburgers are always disshelved when received like it was slapped together. Not trying to be too picky from McDonalds but when the ketchup is all over the outside of the bun its nit good in the car. Bad Attitudes ? ?
